first off, I'd welcome any city as the next location, don't care if it's Vice, Venturas, Los Santos or London. But the latest info about people from R* being seen in L.A. to examine this and that, looking at these and that areas, etc. Can it be misleading? I mean, L.A. Noire is close to its release and based on LOS ANGELES. So maybe this involvement of R* is just because of L.A. Noire. I don't wanna start an argument here or troll, but the thing is: since this info has been leaked, now with the addition of the project "rush", I read on various game pages that LOS SANTOS will be the next location. What do you think?

Lol, they wouldn't leak an entire website. Come on.

Would they get sued? lets face it im sure at the very least there is probably around 20 people in the rockstar team who know about the game, have worked on it and know of its anticipated release so the question being what would happen if they leaked information, could they get sued? also why havent they already, they scared?

you are right, but its impossible. I mean IGN for example can read all of the posts here as well, and they will make it a story and start a chain reaction if they find something interesting. We cant communicate silently on a forum. The point I'm assuming is, what if we didn't communicate or mention anything about these leaks at all? the strange thing is that someone on Twitter somehow and suddenly, was able to discover a series of leaks and mentions of GTA V and GTA-like characters under a project entitled RUSH. If I was the first one who discovered them, I would have kept myself silent until more information get leaked and mentioned on the internet, but things happened and there's no way back. Guys it quite obvious that its going to be San Andreas from the new leaks Rush's cast of stoners and Californian divorcees would appear to show its back in Hollywood aka San Andreas.

One should ask this question. What if we kept silent about the latest leaks regarding what we believe to be GTA V? starting from domains registration, I think if we kept tracing them without saying anything, Rockstar would keep registering them without covering the name of the registrant, so we would be able to know every domain name they register, but now after the news went everywhere, they have taken their cautions. The same thing with casting calls for RUSH project. If we kept tracing them without making any noise, then we might have been be able to see more calls for other characters, which might lead us to something bigger about the project. Isn't silence golden?

the leaked information is really nothing that can lead us a big clue. but just to be on the positive side ign apparently heard some great things about it and its codenamed project rush and there is a cast list

We have had all these leak/rumor breakthroughs. literally any move take2 or rockstar makes there are thousands of people scouring the internet waiting for a slip up. I haven't found anything useful from take twos site though.

See for yourself, drop by an e-mail. Of course they never leak anything. So don't get your hopes up. Ask them that as Liberty City has been remake, if have they ever wondered remaking VC and SA in the future. Its not directly asking about the next GTA ^^ Ask them yourself

What do you mean never been posted? The websites were the first thing on the leak topic and have always had this picture on them, it's nothing new, get over it.

So what is this a genuine leak posted by a genuine leaker or a genuine idiot posting fake leaks ?

Maybe it's not your type of game? OT: Of course I'm excited about LA Noire. Why should I be excited for GTA V? It's not even announced yet. All these leaks and info that we know are just rumors. I'll wait for Rockstar to officially announce it then I could be excited.

A post has been released last month by Take-Two, the owners of the Grand Theft Auto Franchise. The post was a private casting notice looking for actors: What connects that casting call to GTA is the character named James Pedeastoncan. He was the presenter of the 'Wild Traveler Show' on WCTR in San Andreas.

You better search topics, it's been all over the leak topic and it's on a Sunday, which is impossible.

What I've been wanting is a modern day Vice City. I agree with you that main appeal of the original VC was the music, atmosphere etc, but i do like the Miami scenery and would love to go back there. As for the 80's, while I'd gladly welcome it back, they've already successfully portrayed a 1980's Miami twice, I'm not sure if they could do it as well for a third time. These days, what with all the leaks and all, I'm starting to think it will be Los Santos next, which would be great as it's my second choice after VC. Also I think LS could use a remake more than VC to be honest.

The last thread similar to this was locked due to all if the spam. I hope that this stays as spam free as possible. Only post if you find something new and exiting or if you have a helpful contribrution.
