R* always keeps their f*ckin mouths shut until an official announcement is made. they have never ever leaked anythin and i doubt they will.

Even if those leaks turn out to be wrong, at least it was interesting and they were discussable, so I don't see whats wrong with the thread.

Someones just asking for a warning. Anyway, we did get some real leaks, the casting and webpages.

You're stupid. Just because there are no new leaks at the moment does not mean there never will be. Stop saying "Lock this thread." That's the only real spam I see.

@Ryan what "SECRET"??? wow... more rumor sites and this time it points to LA and the other rumor site pointed to VC... i give up until E3... unless someone who is well respected(Grope- since you knew it was Liberty City) manages to find the slightest hint ACTUALLY leaked from R* and not assumed

Possible leaks from FintoLeaks.com: * GTA5 will still embody a realistic feel - not just in terms of gameplay but also the overall geographical positioning and sense of scale. * The setting of the game will be Los Angeles with a rural countryside and possibly a close representation of Santa Catalina Island. * You will play as rookie Los Santos police officer and have the choice to choose weather to be a straight or crooked cop, similar to the moral choices in Red Dead Redemption. * The ability to purchase safe-houses is now a major part of the game. Players are able to rent motels, hotels, and even store their car in their parking lots. * GTA5 will feature more melee weapons, including a taser, a side handle police baton, wooden baseball bat, and brass knuckles. * One mission will include searching for your partner in the ghetto. * You are able to handcuff and arrest pedestrians. * Police bikes, police motorcycles, and police helicopters are all included in gameplay. Yeah, read that again. The Wii2/WiiHD...Not the Wii. And yes, I understand that is your opinion. I'm not arguing that. My point was only that your reasoning about the controller was flawed. Infact, according to the latest leaks, its way off. Sounds like the controller may resemble a PSP in itself. Hmm, my bad apparently. When i think of a Wii2, i kinda think of a super powered Wii. I didn't think about changing the controller. So basically, it won't be the Wii anymore. It will be the next gen Nintendo console, not a new powered up Wii? Exactly. When has Nintendo ever just done a supped up system? Backwards compatibility is one thing, but Nintendo is always about changing up the game. (Even though the Wii can theoretically play every console Nintendo game and the 3DS can theoretically play every handheld Nintendo game through the VCs.) Well with the normal consoles no. but look at the DS. -DS -DS lite -DSi -3DS The only add a new feature and tada a new console is born Nah but i understand now. Oke, well I've been reading the topic of Deeptroatgta4. Some of you will know what I'm talking about. This guy posted a whole lot of stuff with hints about the first GTA4 trailer that wasn't shown yet at that time. Some people called it luck, some said he was working for Rockstar and that it was viral marketing.(that's what it's called right?) I do think it was Rockstar building up hype for the trailer and was making the waiting for it more bearable. Do you think they will do this kinda stunt again? It was very funny to read the topic because people were just as unknowing as we are now. And that deeptroatguy (LOL) was being called a troll as well in the beginning. Just like we are doing now against everyone who's say's they know something.(this doesn't count for those: my dad's/cousin's/cat knows someone who's uncle's a janitor of the building next to the rockstar building...) One note tho, the admins and mods didn't say it was fake or lock the topic. Instead they were going along with it. Normally so called troll topics get locked in a second. So what does that mean? Did they know about it? Are they contacted before such topics are made? Same as were is the blue. That lived a pretty long life even when things got troll-ish... But if you look at the Rockstarleaks guy, the admins/mods deleted everything and he was called fake from the beginning by them. I think that they help out with those special marketing techniques. Next time another one of those special hype topics is created and the mods/admins don't call it fake or lock it, it could be real. I don't know if this makes any sense for you guys. if not then I'm sorry. I've had a long day. Also I'm not trying to be offtopic. This is just a way to look at those "special" leaks.

R* is one of the few large companies who actively seeks out employees. Sometimes I wonder why one of us doesn't send in a buddy to do some eavesdropping. Make a little cash off it too. In all seriousness. I'm convinced Gilbert Gottfried has just reinvented himself. He's become an outsider comedian, with the "I'm voicing the protagonist" thing, being a comedic stunt. Same with the other guy. So if you ask me, the last real leak we got was the Declan Mulvey guy and the voice actress gal.

Agreed. Im not trying to troll or f*ck with this topic, if anybody remembers a previous topic of mine ended the "where is the blue" topic. But with no results and no conclusion, but it did end it.. why??. Upon these results we got a bunch of hints from the admins. Since then I have researched those hints on top of other strange activity, and have thus come to a conclusion on what I believe to be reliable sources (compared to most of these so called "real" leaks you all keep talking about) about what gta next is all about. The problem is what everybody is defining as leaks.. There is a certain pattern with these, just because they appear elsewhere from the site, how does that make them more reliable? After all gta info from all over the world is reported and logged here on these forums Im just trying to express myself. Others know of some of this info from there own findings. We all share similar views so we taunt eachother for more of eachothers info. That you wanted to hear?? off topic?? ask me arse.

Nothing has happened in ages has it? I'm guessing total radio silence until E3 now. Make people forget about leaks and what not.

I thought this was a leak topic? all i see is douchebags playing around pretending they know something when they dont know crap like the rest of us and its very frustrating to come on here everyday expecting a leak and all you get is another 5 pages of stupidity!!!!

really so agent not being shown any footage for two years or a peep of info, not even a single screenshot is common sense it will be shown? Really you believe that? anyway will try and find something. Also about the guy with the little badge saying about no leaks in 300 pages you must gotten lost and are in the wrong thread or you aren't paying attention to the leak/ speculation topic, there has been many leaks that you cant see fit within the Gta universe or the actors resumes or voice actors which have been since changed or deleted.
