ever since u guys flamed rockstar leaks for being a troll, u guys started pouncing on each other because soulja boy playing gta... is not having a teaser trailer really destroying your lives? *pulls out violin*

I suggest we leave this topic alone until Jim tweets about V again or until E3 rolls around. I mean, it's not even a leak topic anymore, it's a bullsh*t topic.
-
Any new leaks? Ideas? Anything? Man, these fellas are making it so damn hard for us.
-
I rest my case. Wow, this is like throwing a slice of meat into a dog pit. They all go crazy and rip each other apart. But, witticism aside, the color was just exactly changed as the leak topic went crazy. This was designed to make everyone go more mad. It's a conspiracy!

Going to be hard investigating now. I've been searching various things related to the leaks and all of them are gaming sites reposting the news...nothing stands out anymore! Maybe we're at a dead end for now?

Now that would be some sneaky sh*t. For all we know, ths LA stuff could be all fake just to mislead us into doubting a VC location. This. I think this may be a diversion, I mean, I can't think of one time Rockstar has ever let information on their games slip unintentionally (please, correct me if I'm wrong). It's either a few of their minor voice actors/motion capture crew f*cked up at the same time and all of these other supposed leaks too or something is very fishy about this. What I mean by this is that Rockstar might be leaking legit clues or they, like I said are trying to catch us off guard. It's always possible that they intentionally made the casting call misleading. I mean Rockstar, especially among anyone, knows that no matter what they do people are always going to try and find out stuff about the next GTA. Either way, LA is currently where it will be. We will find out more in the future...

Remember when one of you guys said something about Rockstar people in Hollywood? Yes? Well this just can't be a coincidence. Me? I'm highly disappointed by the "cast" and the idea of the game. It would SUCK if L.A Noire AND GTA 5 were in the same location, both released (or announced) the same year. I have one thing to say, though. People with a lot of fame and power (like R*) like to play tricks on people, and guess what, April Fools is coming up. I bet that if they release a 'leak' or something too obvious that says 'Rush' is actually the next GTA in disguise around the dates of March 28th-April 3rd, then it's obviously a hoax. We really have to wait and see.

Unless it's a spin-off and not a Direct sequeal we won't KNOW. Thats what i'm getting at. We will be luck if we just get a LOGO let alone any info so whats with all the commotion? Honestly, even if they just show a blank GTA logo and announce that its on the horizon, I'll be satisfied. It's just being left in the dark about it all that sucks. Yes but the thing is with recent threads the like GTA V leak thread and IGN something or other.... People are starting to think an announcement is close when they have known the game has been in development for quite some time so why the excitement exactly we already know so no suspence is realy smart or sane in such a situation.
-
In my opinion, there's a threshold of news that can be leaked or posted about an unannounced game. It will get to the point where Rockstar will have no choice but to make an announcement, no matter how subtle or informal it is.
-
Look at it this way guys: If he WAS referring to the domains, he'd link us. He'd tell us without hesitation, it's HIS job. The fact that he hasn't elaborated is perhaps because he can't. If the news he was given was from an anonymous source, he'd post it, if he came across a leak, he'd post it - because there's NO agreement between him and Rockstar. The fact that he's basically teased with a short tweet, with no link, no info says a lot more in my opinion.

Could he not have been talking about the leaked websites connected to GTA V?

Haha i am sorry but this made me chuckle. This user decided to rock up in this topic and i caught them at the right time to screen capture it. The user's name is: Rocks-tar. Of course i can only say that this user would be a big fan of Rockstar for who they are and what they do hence the chosen username, but still. It seems every little coincidence about a hint towards the next GTA get's more and more exposed each day/week. Example: • Leak topic. • This topic. • User named 'Rocks-tar'. • Another user claiming to know something (i presume trolling of course) and last but not least the 'V' colour change in the 'gtav.net' logo. Hence my topic 'Where is the blue' V.2? How strange...

I'm sure that such contracts would be top secret, so that we can't find out... it could give us valuable information about the location and the time though Exactly, they would wan't it to be top secret, but that's why we call them 'Leaks'. Just trying to help think of possible ideas though... Exactly, they're leaks because we don't want anyone to know about them. corrected Corrected.

Just trying to help think of possible ideas though... Well you could look for the voice actors on IMDb. I am sure Rockstar have a clause in the Actors contract that they can't talk or reveal le that they're involved in the production of the game. If not none of the IV Cast will be in V. so Adios Packie

Well things feel like they're are finally moving after such a long wait. With 2 (the domains and resume) pretty big things getting leaked in the space of only a couple of days it's not hard to see some more potential stuff happening in the following days. Then everyone was excited last night because they thought the 1st of march might hold some more news or a release date for a countdown or something. There's a general buzz about the place, and people want to be a part of it, myself included. Plus there's the conference coming up too. And all this recent news has made people horny for GTA so they're being more active in other posts too. ..Resume? I remember the domains. Yeh the guy who put GTA V on his resume, angus hepburn i think was his name. He then claimed it was a typo, and says he meant to put IV. But there was no mention of him in IV so he was lying.

This forum has already exploded (not as much as when IV was released all be it) with the leak thread, (28 users at one point) so who knows how many will be posting when V comes out.

True, but I doubt any of this was intentional from them. They would do it in a different way if they wanted to leak something on purpose. Exactly. I mean, a guy's resumé? What a sh*tty way to "announce" a game... The websites, on the other hand, were planned I believe. While it's not announcing anything at all, it's giving us just the hint that we've all been waiting for. Actually, no! I know which topic you're talking about it, but I was not around at the time to see how it concluded..

^^ If you guys missed it, check this out. He provided the voice for The Hobo in Rock Star Games Bully, and is the narrator of the History of Liberty City features in Grand Theft Auto. ^ Looks like this hepburn fellas on my favourite show, he might have more info perhaps. Who wants to beat me to check if he has FaceBook or Twitter? http://www.actiondeclan.com/Stunts_files/D...ulveyWebRes.pdf Declan has updated his resume to display Grand Theft Auto IV vid game. Looks to me like he either leaked GTA V or R* intentionally assigned him to reveal a little info.
