http://steamdb.info/app/271590/history/ You guys are still hyped because of that "changenumber" change?Yes, because why else would they update (=changenumber changed) the Steam build with "normal" updates except from a situation when it's close to the start of preorders/release/whatever. The other reason to update the Steam build can be Steam related functions and testing of these, but I don't think they would update them so many times (more changes in last two days than in last 2 months before that).

There is a guy on this forum with the name "Russian Maffia" he claims that he works in the company who make the subtitles for the games from R*, and he said that R* planned to start the steam pre-order last month (August) but they had some problems with Xbox One version, and now they're planning to start the pre-order this or next week.
