Just imagine that tomorrow there will be indeed a trailer but is something like: Rockstar logo kicks in ---» "Why did i moved here? I think it was the weather" ---» GTA E&E for PC, coming December 2022.

For too long I was trying to find a mod that could fix San Andreas' broken subtitles, but without any luck. There are a few mods out there that aim to do this, but only on a very small scale (particularly, three or four missions at best, and with only one missing dialogue and not much else). So, I decided to create my own mod that aims to do exactly this and a lot more! This mod aims to fix San Andreas' broken subtitles, while also adding some of the missing dialogues, background voices and so much more, all for your reading pleasure (pun...). It currently features: - a complete rewrite of all the main (and some side, - not all because they were fine - too!) missions of the game; - a better rewrite of the game's tips and hints; - a better rework of some of the game's objectives; & no discovered bugs during play-test. How is this possible? I created this mod by rewriting the original american.gxt from the original PC version of San Andreas, without any other edits prior to my work. I was using a program called GXT Editor 1.2 (https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=1074), which lets you edit the game's .gxt files directly into the program, without having to change any codes or scripts. Mod %? I consider this mod done, but I am open to any suggestions, bug reports or even complains (as long as they make sense and aren't "wHy So MuCh DiALoGue i CaNt ReAd aLL tHaT!!!!1!111!!!1"). Installation guide: Simply download the mod and paste it in your GTA: San Andreas folder > text. (or, if you use ModLoader: create a new folder in ModLoader, name it whatever you want and paste my american.gxt there). Your feedback is much appreciated! Q&A: Q: Will you plan to improve the other .gxt files for San Andreas in the future? A: No. As you can clearly see, I am romanian and I do not know any other foreign languages than English, so I will not use Google Translate to break them more than they already are. Q: Will you ever port this to the Definitive Edition? A: No. I do not intend to touch the Definitive Edition, as I barely even play San Andreas anymore, and I only play my own copy of the Classic version. In case anyone wants to port it in the future, you can go ahead, but let me know first (please). Q: Will you try and do the same thing for other games? A: As for the other two games in the GTA Trilogy, there already are a bunch of good mods for GTA: III and GTA: Vice City that do the same thing for those two games as this mod does for San Andreas. As for other games in general, no. This is the only time I will ever attempt to do this, as this mod took a considerable amount of time and I do not intend to start learning how to mod other games. Q: Am I allowed to repost/share this mod elsewhere other than GTAForums? A: No. Reposting/sharing of this mod on other websites (such as MixMods or ShareMods) is strictly prohibited. I do not allow for others to steal my work and potentially make a buck out of it. If you still try to repost it elsewhere, at least ask me for it and have my clearance first (if you ask nicely and you don't plan to monetize it, I would most likely give you the green light). Q: I found a bug. Where can I post it? A: Post it down below or send me a private message. I will make sure to answer as quick as I can, giving time and life constraints. A: This mod is created specifically for the 1.0 version (the "day one" release). If you are using versions 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 or Steam, please consider downgrading your game first using a downgrader and then install the mod. If the problems keep persisting, try and reinstall your game or uninstall your mods. At the same time, this mod might overshadow or be overshadowed by some other mods (like car mods that replace your car's name in-game) that are changing some of the game's text files. Try finding out which mod does this very thing, uninstall it and then try out this mod. It should work fine. Q: This mod isn't that great/has issues/has inconsistencies. A: Most likely so. I am not a native english speaker, and the three guys who helped me develop this mod weren't paid for a full-time job, so I was pretty much on my own. Submit any mistakes you can find (MUST BE GAME-BREAKING OR EVEN MISSING/BROKEN DIALOGUE, NOT JUST A COMMA) down below or in a message and I'll make sure to fix them as soon as possible. !! DOWNLOAD !! !! SCREENSHOTS !! (these are just a few examples, this mod features a lot more than that)

It would be such a sigma move if they tweeted out #VI and then tweeted the RDRO event like nothing happened.

It's still Rocktober though

IMO it's more likely for Friday to be a possibility than tomorrow. They usually replace everything on their website and socials with a teaser, and they have a GTA Online bonus week to post on Thursday lol. More plausible, IF IT WERE TO HAPPEN (because some of y'all are weirdos who take speculation as fact) they'd do it over the weekend or the start of the week I think.
