The new adversary mode will definitely feature Franklin and Lamar too. However, I'm not sure what the mode will revolve around. I'm yet to find text strings associated with that adversary mode. It's much likely that the text labels would be stored within the server-side file for the mode.8 points -

That Julep discussion got me hooked and I had to try it myself. The color is really hard to reproduce as it looks quite different on different images. I went for a brighter more pee like variant and really like it so far. Hex is #897B47FF with cream pearl.7 points -

Zit is a music service in GTA Lore and can be used to stream music (Similar to Spotify, Apple Music). This is Franklin's Computer Screen: As you can see it can be easily implemented. Lets say, the player gains access to it through the in-game website, selecting favourites. These favourites, can then be played on the existing Media Player as your own custom playlist. Fun Fact: Zit was also used to identify music on the Radio in GTA IV. Good times.7 points -

Hm, after all this chatter about Julep I was curious about that Mulliner paintjob, too. If you follow the official Bentley configurator you get a yellowish, but soft Gold of some sort. Something like this: #656036FF / Bleached Brown On the other hand, if you google the color, you will get a more saturized golden yellow metallic. Maybe like this: #63612cFF / Bleached Brown If you remodel the color even further, you eventually get Alpine Green. #39452bFF / Bleached Brown And how about Mulliner Candy Red to complete the selection based on traffic lights #2d050FF / Grace Red5 points -

Just a few observations from the game files that are most likely for E&E, introduced with GTAO The Contract: There are leftovers for E&E performance car mods A lot of changes to audio and possible additions (source: Codewalker Discord) The stock market is likely going to be offline-based (communitystats.meta was added) Save import menu option was added to pausemenu.xml, but it's not showing yet and has no GXT strings yet (Diffchecker) spstatssetup.xml has had a bunch of new "profile settings" added to it but no description etc?5 points -
Handling changes in the contract

since scripthook has finally updated, i could check the flags with real time handling editor, and yep, all tuners really do have that one flag, just like viseris. however, none of the other cars i listed have any hardcoded flags, so it's probably something else. though it's kinda funny seeing the comet s2 have the flag, and the comet s2 cabrio not have the flag. finally someone who understands. the whole existence of those flags in the first place was to fix glitches, improve handling, and even add special features, even if they ended up having a complete opposite effect on the car. it's not an easy fix either, any changes they try to make might completely change the existing handling physics, which, given the current rage surrounding the addition of a single flag to all tuners, would end up being a very nasty situation for r* if every car in the game suddenly handled different to what it was. that being said, i doubt r* will be giving out refunds. you can try to get a refund or ask them to revert the change, but strictly speaking they were fixing a bug with the cars that made them unintentionally handle the way they did before and in those cases they don't really owe anyone anything.5 points -

Back when I was looking at getting a custom-made Buffalo S, I knew I wanted to use one of Dodge’s “High Impact” colors (see: https://www.dodgegarage.com/news/article/showcase/2019/03/high-impact-colors.html). That’s a series of bold, interesting, and uncommon colors they used to use on their muscle cars and other performance cars back in the 1960s and ‘70s, and have revived in modern form for some of their newer cars. One color I was strongly considering was called “EF6 Bright Green”, but I didn’t think it looked quite as nice on the Buffalo S as a yellow color did. Ultimately, I went with Top Banana for that car. But when I saw a newer Buffalo was coming out, I knew I wanted to take another look at that green. Bright Green, according to that website, is one of the rarest of the High Impact colors, having been produced only during Spring of 1969. I knew from having worked with the in-game color Util Green that it was a very close match to Dodge’s Bright Green, so I just used that color directly. Except I used the super-shiny epsilon texture for my Buffalo STX. I also used Pea Green for the pearlescent, to give it a more modern metallic look. The wheels are Pure Black. I was originally going to try to replicate the Pentland Green RGB. But after seeing Dre’s car in game, I decided to change it up slightly. In the game, Dre’s Champion appears to be inspired by the Pentland Green Victor, but looks like rather than using a dark green color, they used black with a green pearlescent. I liked the way it looked. So mine is Pure Black on the super-shiny epsilon texture, with Util Green pearlescent. It also has Pure Black wheels, which aren’t the stock wheels but look exactly the same. (I forget which wheels they are, but they’re either Street or Track.) More:5 points -

Cardinal City v2021.12.20 The district south of "Cardinal Heights" and west of "Cardinal Beach" has been named "South Cardinal." The district of "South Cardinal" has been finished, in one or another update maybe a street will be added, removed or changed in "South Cardinal". The train station was moved from "Downtown" to where it says "TS", i am not yet decided what to put in that empty space. The southern train line of the map was expanded. Another neighborhood was added in the northwest of "Riverside Hills".5 points -

Greetings to all designers. Now a new version is finally coming out. I am very glad that you liked the IX modification. Now I present to your attention a new version - 3.0! You can download it from the first page! The first important innovation is compatibility with version 8.1. I still managed to restore compatibility with ALL previous versions of DYOM, so now you launch old missions on IX. Also, you can launch storylines from 8.1 Now the Audiocode is working completely normally, including am.mp3! A completely new feature for Actors - Spook-O-Meter. When you start a mission with an Actor that has this function, a bar will appear. If you get too close to the Actor, the mission will fail. About 215 new objects have been added to the new version. They also include moving objects, as well as objects with built-in effects. Also, the new version adds new functions for the Player. Now you can choose the fight style, as well as set the skill of the weapon. You can also now change the characteristics of the Player, such as Endurance, Driving, Lung Capacity, and more. If your Player has a CJ skin, then you can change muscles and fat, but be careful! They only change if the Player leaves the interior. A completely new feature for the Camera. Now you can zoom in and out of the frame within the range of 100% -70% -50% back and forth. There is also a new function in Settings - Gravity. Now you can make it heavy (everything will become heavy, the cars are almost attached to the ground, and the Player cannot jump). Or, on the contrary, it is very easy when everything flies. Two new groups of Actors - Cowardly Enemy and Police. The Cowardly Enemy can be a Target, and he will not attack, but simply behaves like a normal Ped. The police have a versatile behavior. They will only attack you if you have Stars. Also, if you put the Сop skin on them, then they can change the weapon from the baton to your supplied one, depending on the stars. I saw a ton of people complaining about the EMP Launcher and I was here scratching my head trying to find a reason for it to exist on it's current state. Forget about hitting aircraft or anything that moves in a three dimensional space with it. To be honest, would be overpowered if you could, I wonder what kind of beta test Rockstar gets for this things. They could had tinkered with: the arch of the projectile, speed of the projectile, fire delay, effect radius, effect duration based on travel distance etc. Until would be fair for both, the guy firing it, and the one in the receiving end. Since this thing is coded as an explosion, it damages the vehicle it stop, break the glasses, and for Import/Export is useless, since you will have a large bill (around 5K) for fixing the car the EMP damaged, so I will stick to sniping the driver from far away where the game don't register the damage from the bullet. For stopping Vans with crates, or resupply vehicles is useless, since by the time they stop, they are far away from you, and the effect has worn off, re-applying the shots/effect is dangerous, since it can damage further your target, while making the traffic in panic, leaving you in a vicious cycle of; apply EMP, run after your target, get run over, apply EMP, vehicle try to run away. One simple solution for that would be making the EMP duration dynamic, so it's short against players, and long against NPCs. So the real only use, that I could find for this in my book, is to stop MOC Cabs and Nightsharks on foot so you can spam Rockets while they are disabled, but let's face it, making the MOC Cab stop for 5 seconds will not let you put 64 Rockets on it, or try to get in position to shoot the driver out, before you die. Maybe if you have the high ground, but you should not be fighting those on foot anyway. So into the hide weapons closet it goes.5 points -
