As a matter of fact, I expect that all the bugs from original trilogy will still be in the game (+ a sh*t ton of new bugs on top of it) I know right? ohhh nooo a gun loving redneck with a confederate flag? In a game thats a huge parody of USA? Who would have thought... I remember someone complaining that in one of the recent gtao missions you can't even kill female characters. At first I thought thats just a funny bug, but now? Who knows... Whats next? We won't be able to run over peds and steal cars in the next grand theft auto? Bully sequel getting canceled because "it glorifies bullying"? WW2 games without nazis? Everyone who made our old beloved games either quit or got fired a long time ago, we have to acknowledge that its a completely different company now. And without Lazlow, I'm afraid the next GTA will lose its charm, all the jokes we would normally get will now be "too edgy" for our new overly sensitive overlords. And with those halfassed remasters, even older games won't be sacred anymore. Every time I see those new "improved" characters, I think of this meme

Rockstar is obviously aiming to diversify the music aspect. Updating East Los FM with new songs or adding a whole new station. Personally, these guys are okayish. But, most certainly, they aren't the only artists being featured within the next update. We will definitely see more. Still curious whether Nightclubs will play a big role or simply part of a mission.

Considering Rockstar stated this is Heist month, I assume we could anticipate the return of the Heist Challenge?

Bingo. I’ve said before that the shirt itself isn’t a huge deal, but it sets a worrying precedent that will probably mean there are other changes to the games. It’s not the end of the world but it annoys me that they can’t leave these games alone and understand the context that the flag is shown in. It’s a satirical jab at confederate flag waving rednecks, yet in today’s reactionary society it’s just ‘flag bad’ before you even examine whether it glorifies it or not. The theory that it’s just changed for the trailer makes no sense to me - it would be a lot easier to just not include Phil in the trailer than to go and create a new texture for his shirt lol.

This is what Dan Houser has to say on his or Sam's or Leslie's role in making games And I largely agree with it tbh. Video games like GTA or RDR are extremely complex works pull off successfully and the entire team should get the credit from audience than just one person. I'd say the vast majority of people who plays GTA doesn't even know who Sam is, or Dan. The Rockstar and GTA logo is enough for them.

One thing I at least hope R* will do today/tomorrow are separate trailers for each of the games. Mainly because it would be nice to get more than 5 flash scenes per game, per trailer, especially since both the trailer and the screenshots didn't showcase some of the areas, like both Stauton and Shoreside Vale for III, basically no shots for Downtown (I think we all want to see Little Haiti as well) for VC and little to no SF and LV and surrounding areas (I'd like to see BoB personally, or more woods. I just want to see if they just did it properly or they did little to no effort) for SA. Also I would like to hear about the soundtrack (and additions to it, or lack of them), the cars (I would be happy if they would put some of the cars for consistency sake, like i.e Idaho in SA) and any additional gameplay or bonus content, because, at least for me there is no point of buying the games once again if it is the same games that I've replayed thru 20 times each. How about we guess the possible trailer songs if they would release trailers for each of the games? Just to make the wait little more bearable: III: VC: SA:

Would be nice too. Can't help but feel for the RDRO faithful during all this though. Over here in GTA land, we're getting a petty awesome Halloween fortnight, partly mapped out weekly events, an E&E release on the horizon, the Definitive Editions and potentially these in-game hints, talk of new music and real hype starting to grow for a coming DLC. RDRO however just gets a couple of survival maps and a weekly event extension. Last year, with how they put the work from home efforts into Cayo Perico while RDRO just got an extension to a role I was saying 'maybe next year RDRO gets to have it's turn to shine', but here I am saying the same again. Madness!

Well I think it might be a bit too early to expect some ingame teasers right now, but we might not be too far off. Heck, the best part about Casino, DCH and CPH were the teasers in the props that were in the game that popped up from time to time.

Of course having the proper set up doesn't mean sh*t if Rockstar f*cked it up again, so far they've yet to use HDR properly, RDR2's attempt at launch was a disaster and the patched version was only slightly better but still not able to set to confirmed standards (Blacks could never reach "True Black" causing a washed out look).

That isn't correct. The PS5 version has a white PS5 square when purchasing the game on the ps5 console. I.e Showing that it is a native PS5 game. Crysis Remastered and Mass Effect Legendary Edition have black PS4 squares when viewed on the PS5. Meaning that the native PS4 version is playable on the PS5.

What if Dan Houser and Leslie Benzies return to Rockstar, like Steve Jobs returning to Apple, to make a revolutionary release. They make the new GTA. it sells 10 billions in one week. it got maximum reviews all over the world. and they announce it won't have online mode.
