You need to go to the last known location of Moodymann, which is in the middle of the Vespucci beach, near the pier. Moodymann is standing there, and you need to pick him up with a vehicle. Then you need to drive to the city center which triggers a new target to go to Benny's, where the stolen Grotti Itali RSX is scheduled to be taken apart. When you get there, the RSX will rush away and you have to chase it and stop it and then deliver it to the Diamond Casino. You get Helping Hand Award after completing the mission.
