RDR2 was the 'main focus' title between 2013 - 2018, and the development of the next GTA title must have started at some point within that period, but Rockstar wouldn't drop it right after releasing RDR2, so the realistic expectation would have been an announcement this year and possible release next year or early 2022, but you already know what happened this year. It delayed the development process by one year or two and it would've happened regardless of whether GTAO was getting support or not.

At the upper left menu Secondary Targets 24/24 somethingsomething Points 8/8 Escape Points 4/4 Compound Entry Points 8/8 Points of Interest 6/6 Perhaps like with the casino heist, we can see certain points that will aid us in the heist, plus the secondary targets we can steal. Also, 24 secondary targets? I imagine scattered throughout the island to make it harder to steal Solo.

The new car is a mix of Lamborghini Urraco, Maserati Boomerang, and a bit of the Bora too. LAMBORGHINI MARZAL, GOT IT!

Looks to be a mix of Lamborghini Espada: And Maserati Ghibli: The front is a bit different from the Ghibli though, not quite sure what its based on.
