    I want the following QoL and Patch list to look like this: Quality of Life changes: - Removed the "Bad sport" and money penalty for destroying weaponized vehicles across the board - "Easy way out" has been removed from the interaction menu - There is now an visible timer above the players head when disabling passive mode - Any form of killing yourself/ easy way out will result in a negative score against your K/D with the exception of the police - The Oppressor MK2 tracking missiles has been replaced with regular homing missiles for balancing purposes - It's no longer possible to request the Oppressor MK2 via the MC menu - We added a Chaff counter to all aircrafts to keep track of the total amount - The armor of the Chernobog has been increased - We added an 30 second cooldown to the Bullshark testosterone option in the CEO ability menu - All aircraft with bombing capabilities have a new bomb sight to predict where bombs are going to land - We added the option to listen to the radio when wearing the headphones cosmetic item while on foot - 4 New weapons have been added: Programmable AR, Heavy Assault Rifle, Assault Sniper and the Katana melee weapon. Visit your local Ammu-nation for more details General fixes and tweaks: All platforms: - Fixed a bug where players lost ammo for all assault rifles - Fixed an issue where players were unable to receive damage in certain vehicles and modes - Fixed an issue where the Orbital canon could be exploited - Fixed an issue that results players coming back to the same server they previously left - Fixed an issue where players were unable to join an invite from a CEO, MC or interact with certain aspects when random players leave the game - Fixed an issue where players were unable to play with their RC Bandito, Tank or drone resulting in a black screen - Fixed an issue regarding the option to cancel a CEO "Ghost" when a bounty has been places on the individual - Tweaked the amount of times you receive a phone call or text - Fixed an issue where players could start the Piracy prevention CEO work with the yacht prevention active at the same time - Fixed an issue where players could be killed inside the vehicle workshop, Hangar or Facility. - Fixed various clipping with certain vehicles - Fixed an issue were players could be killed trough walls in some instances when the termal optics were equipped - Removed some handling flags on a certain group of cars PS4 and XBOX Only: - Improved loading times when exiting the Terrorbyte, Avenger or MOC. - Various stability tweaks PC Only: - More security measures against cheaters and exploiters - Improved loading times

    If it isn't the retard Dreadlocks having headass that thinks he's John Billy Badass Rambo breaking off from the group and getting gangr*ped by guards (Who are fully kitted out because "Optional Setup") or just getting killed in literally any other heist for that exact same reason......only to blame me, the level 800 that every one else has been following behind and were just fine up until said hoodrat tryhard lookin ass got rekt, it's Rockstar themselves failing heist attempts with all manner of network error f*ckery, with greatest hits like. 1. Black Loading Screen that allows the host to rob you blind. 2. The game actually loads but the planning board isn't there so you have no clue what's going on still, but at least you get to see a nice W A L L for all the good it does. And this is provided you don't get kicked from on call because "hurr durr, high level greedy, high level bad." even tho I'm more than happy to take the 15% cut. Also:

Can't remember how many of them blown up by my stickybomb while the product is safely protected inside. Insurgent would be a better choice if I have associates, but I mostly grind solo.

Will admit, didn't think it were possible, always saw the Deluxo as just a worse Oppressor. Won't change the fact that the Deluxo is the granddad of the PoS Oppressor MKII and I won't buy one of pure principle. Will stick to my Stromberg, Avenger and Chernobog.

    If and when R* adds purchasable homes they need to step up their game and take a leaf out of Bethesda's book when it comes to home building. I want my home to be a monument to me, to my adventures in RDO. Weapon racks where I can put up my weapons, mannequins where I can put up my favourite outfits, Trophies for me completing Roles, mount Legendary Animal heads on the walls. Just got full whack and let us choose where each item goes like chairs, dressers etc. Let us make our homes unique instead of everyone having the same ones.

    Triceratops! I don't see them ever making a solo heist. Maybe a heist that works more like contact missions/survivals? So if one of your teammates dies/leaves you just continue without him. Maybe they'll let you pick up his bag, just like in SP. edit: Imagine a cruise ship or a hotel heist. Every player gets their own floor, they steal as much as they can (maybe the more you steal the slower you move) and if you finish early you can go back and assist your teammates

Especially in heists like Doomsday the armor is gone so quickly there's no point in using it unless you ran out of snacks. -1 #7 Cargobob (shots fired lol) I'm not gonna downvote the 'bob again in quite some time, but I feel like it's very overrated as a grinding tool, because I/E in particular is just a snoozefest with it, and if you're used to the chaos of NPC traffic, it doesn't even save you that much money/time, or none at all if you're really proficient. However, the Cargobob is still very useful in some specific situations, incl. outside of I/E, and it's also a lot of fun to mess around with, like for example dropping porta-potties on players.

    @Wastelander (Suzuki) my favorite is Silent and Sneaky Bugstars, when someone with an Arcade in Paleto and a five minute drive to the casino, turns out he did no keycards, no Duggan, and on top they manage to trigger the alarm before entering the casino, and if you somehow manage to get to the vault they don't know how to hack... but are still cutting you just 15%. I swear this happens way too often.

    Having done this myself, it would make a lot of the newer cars much more competitive, better handling and feel more like cars. The way they do flags, when I remove them it's like night and day. it's like they purposefully add them to ruin a car.

Brickade - 24 (-2) In my last post in this thread (scroll up to see) I gave the Oppressor MK-II one point for being very helpful in grinding to make money and I gave the Rhino a minus two for being obsolete. This time I give the Buzzard a point because it's cheaper and easier to get than the Oppressor MK-II and you can spawn it for free as a CEO or as Road Captain as MC although the MC variant will be weaponless. The Buzzard was my meta vehicle for when I used to grind even when I have the Oppressor MK-II due to it having infinite missiles and it's still just as quick around the map and pretty easy to land. The Brickade gets a minus two this time because it's completely useless for grinding. Just wish they'd put in a feature where you can store cargo and deliver it to your warehouse like the unintended feature of the old Avenger crate glitch where you can store it in an Avenger. I have plenty more to add and take and it will be different this time. Apologies to Amy if I posted 21 hours after my previous post. I'll try not to make it a habit.

    Remember when we got liveries and additional mods for existing cars? I'd love some liveries for the Nightshade, FMJ, Kuruma, there's a bunch really. Maybe add a topless mod for the Casco, more accurate/diverse spoilers and cosmetic options for cars that come close to their inspiration but don't quite make the mark. This is one of those things like the new wheels and tire textures that can be tucked into the patch notes of any old update. As for this vehicle giveaway... fingers crossed for an F-14 with awesome active wings and accurate weapons. We NEED it to complete the ability to RP as Maverick.. it'll probably be something small and novel though like the mini tank most likely, but until then I'll keep unrealistically dreaming for the Tomcat.

    Qabeta will continue to receive updates up till the last week before release. I'm sure the announcement will happen, while qabeta is still receiving updates from time to time. Frankly, it's not a good indicator to narrow a possible date for announcement, it only helps in knowing whether the dev team started QA testing the update for release or not.

    Im sorry but "oh hey you want us to implement your subscription service? sure we will do so for free!" doesn't happen in the corporate world, Amazon pays R* / T2 for this (again, it will be very little, but still, there pretty much has to be money involved) and the same is the case for any game that implements this. Consider these two things: - However you look at it, at the bottom line GTA$ (or whatever virtual currency in whatever game with microtransactions) is worth real world money (because as im sure you are aware, R* / T2 sell in-game money for real money trough shark cards) as a prime customer, you get stuff for free or at a discount, so effectively R* / T2 lose money from this deal, why would they even agree to this deal if it would only mean losing money? That would make no sense at all. Obviously the money Amazon / Twitch pays for this is nowhere near the 'exchange rate' that's charged for players buying shark cards, but at the same time its a bit silly to think that they would just do this for free. - From Amazon's / Twitch perspective, they want games to implement their service, because its essentially advertisement for the Amazon / Twitch platform (and im sure the hope is that they bind new customers to these platforms trough these 'deals' in games, to some extend they might even be happy to pay more then they receive simply to grow this service for future profits) how would they achieve that? by going "hey guys, we have this service that we charge people money for, could you please implement it for free? thanks!" or would it go more along the lines of "hey guys, if you implement our service we are willing to pay you x amount per user per month!" I mean, yes they are completely disconnected from R* and i get how this could be a little confusing, because once again, that prime subscription money isn't a whole lot per user and has to be squeezed to the extreme, so it might only be mere pennies per user for R* / T2, but still, that's money. Having said that, its important to realize that not every prime user watches every show / plays every game, so it might actually be more profitable for games then we would expect at first glance, its not like they have to split that 2.99 between the 20-30 deals of that month, its more likely that an average user will go for 3-4 of the deals, and its not weird to assume that there are contracts where the game devs/publishers have to share details with Amazon / Twitch, wich then defines how much of that user's subscription fee goes to the game in question. Suddenly its not so little money anymore. Again, i kind of get where you're coming from, but just no, there's no way this kind of thing is done as a friendly gesture of some sorts, there is money involved for sure.

    Dear r* (regarding overall female clothing choices)

    Alright so, I learned 3d modeling just to add more clothes to this dull game: Firstly, these dresses (that are already on gta5-mods.com if you wanna get them wink wink) Second, this incredibly comfy-looking sweater: (that's a Jumper for my British lads) Still need to make more textures and find something to replace it with before releasing it. All of these models are from Max Payne 3, I saw some really good clothes there so I'll add them soon(TM). Rockstar pls hire me, I'll make your clothing selection so much better and I promise I won't retexture old models.

    Also it would be cool if we get a QoL update that will give us the option of entering the Arena and CEO vehicle workshops straight away just like regular Paint Shops .. It's very annoying when you are at full capacity and have to switch vehicles around multiple times. I mean sure you can just go to LSC but I find it way cooler doing at your private workshop. Hell why not add an additional feature where players that have these personal vehicle workshops lets others players use them!

    It's the blueprint map from the collectors edition for old-gen, it was themed as if Ron had red lined a bunch of in-game points of interest and potential hints at (then-planned) DLC's for single player as well as a few pointers for Single Player and Online as it was in 2013, it has NO relevance to Heists 4.     Absolutely. Even the sliiiightest change in props will make a hell of a fuss. Hell, I know my reaction already. Overcalculate everything and then give up until next week I could definitely see them adding at least an empty billboard (for now) by the airport, if it'll even play a role in the heist.

    Finally out of bad sport and figured to help reach the community goal. Hosted the Bogdan heist since it's simple, short and rewarding. Only wanted one player, but two managed to join before I could stop the matchmaking. Ok, I thought, we'll manage. Put the two of them at Avenger duty since it's simpler and harder to f*ck up.     That's mostly because Rockstar wants us to do the heists with a group or randoms. The problem with that is that most randoms i encounter with heists have the IQ of a melting turd in the sun.

    I would more than likely prepare to be disappointed then. This week's double money on the casino missions is basically enticing people to play and learn about the story. Then penthouses are on offer, as well as the construction props. This looks like a follow-up to that storyline, and just like you had to buy a facility and arcade for those heists, it could be a hotel penthouse people need to own to start the next heist mission. Or at least begin the story. Least that's my reasoning from this week's updates.
