It wasn't about map boarders as far as I recall, and there's nothing much to look further into it. It had to do with a texture-related limit in the game configuration, and it was mandatory of them to boost it up since the limit itself reached its maximum allowed value, which was int16 and Rockstar simply switched it to int32. They simply had to do that, so nothing to do with anything that hints towards future DLCs.

The other day I suggested a nasty M-16 when we were wishlisting weapons, so I played some III on my phone today, and yeah, we need an M-16. If they added a nice model and just gave it the III SFX for that gun I'd be perfectly happy.. In the mobile port for III you're able to auto aim the M-16 unlike in any of the console versions and it just feels so utterly violent. It would be hard to monetize them, but R* could get a lot of mileage out of adding classic GTA guns and melee weapons and branding them as such. Imagine: M-16 from III, Chainsaw and PSG from VC, Deagle, SPAZ, Dildo and Katana from SA, .44 automag, P90 and MP5K from IV/Episodes. Oh, and whatever 3D game had a wood stock pump shotgun (either SA or one of the Stories games). I would pay $500k+ for any of the above mentioned weapons, especially the M-16, proper Deagle, P90 and MP5K..

No. Some states didn't start counting early votes until after the election night. Trump made it sound as if it's illegal somehow, despite the fact that every state has a right to establish how the voting for president is conducted, and each of these counts is done in accordance with state laws. Of course, facts never stopped Trump from making claims and his base from parroting it, so we're having this now. Fortunately, it doesn't sound like they're obstructing the count in any way. Just being obnoxious. Separately from that, there are legal challenges in place trying to stop counts in key states. These won't go anywhere. And later, there will be demands for recount with at least some states recounting the votes. Then these state decisions will be getting appealed. Supreme Court will almost certainly defer back to decision of state courts, and we'll have it all resolved by some time in December. Now, normally, that would be when a losing candidate declares a loss, and the rest is just formality. Unfortunately, I don't think Trump's going to do that, so this will go to an actual delegate vote. If none of the key states f*ck with that, current projection is that Biden will have 270 votes he needs, and there will be no ground to contest results further. I mean, I'm sure there will still be challenges, but it will be a quick affair with normal track to inauguration. However, if there are delegate defections, fake delegates, or any number of other nonsense that can happen with such a system, resulting in an uncertainty over the outcome of the delegate vote, this will go to House for a "tie breaker" vote, which will actually be even worse than genuine tie. Because by that point, Biden would have both popular majority and certificates from states for delegate majority, and if Democrat-controlled House at that point makes Trump president, simply because there are more red states than blue states, I'm not sure US will get through it in one piece. So that's currently the absolute worst possible outcome. All of the stuff with protests and recounts happening right now is "business as usual," and not worth stressing over.

You got this all wrong, R* (rightfully so) simply does not care about the competition anymore, if it wasn't clear yet from the lack of GTA6, they are literally sitting on a money printer that requires very little effort to keep going, let people have their fun in CP'77 etc, most of them wont forget about GTA:O all of the sudden & will simply return within a month or 2-3, so that's what the re-re-release is aiming for in 2021, reminding people of GTA, add in some 'long requested stuff' like new landmass? people will flock back & there wont be any worries about the future of GTA:O at all.

I was reading the first page by accident. It's sad how most of those complaints are still present, yet I'm not surprised. Now, what the f*ck is wrong with the stupid ability bars resetting? The logic is so stupid. If you don't max an ability and then don't log in a while (that while being a week) because you're a f*cking idiot with other things to do, they reset the stat back to 0. I had flying ability at 90 something, so figured I could end up maxing it later, right? Well, yeah, my character now forgot everything about flying and f*ck you, back to 0. This isn't even new. I remember back in 2013 even maxed abilities would decrease over time, but this? No wonder so many people drop the game instantly after coming back, you just get f*cked left and right

Haven't even read the full topic but I'm just going to directly say that Gorillaz using GTA V on their video means absolutely nothing lol. They might just be fans and asked R*/T2 to use the game. It makes no sense that a Gorillaz song, or Plastic Beach, are any teaser for any kind of GTAO content... It's not like we're getting Plastic Beach as a heist location EDIT: Right, this means they hooked up with other fans instead probably so for me case closed.

I don't have a full knowldege of all horses but out of the ones I'm most familiar with, Turkomen can mostly match them in height but are much leaner, Belgians have a similar build in a slightly smaller frame, Bretons probably come close to the same overall mass in a shorter and stocky form.

The Jetpack may not have been the fastest mode of transport but damn if it wasn't cool af. You could easily go into almost any nook and cranny with it and if you sucked at landing planes and your preferred method of exiting planes was bailing out mid air everytime then the Jetpack was a godsend. Was fun for blasting fools from mid air too I know this doesn't make sense for a Jetpack but the only way it could have been cooler to me is if you could somehow listen to the radio while using it lol.
