I'm sure the arrows and throwing knives are for a showdown mode, they'd make absolutely no sense in free roam. Zombies will likely come in a separate game mode too, but if it's a survival, I'll be happy I don't think we'll get the M1899 until the December update at the earliest. It having an Online catalogue page means it's almost definitely coming, but no price in the files, as yet, means it's probably not coming SOON™.

Ok, so I just figured out that Spand Express is actually Beta Mule One of the points that would prove it is that Mule LOD looks like this: While Spand Express looks like this By the other hand, we have exhaust not being mapped properly in Mule: And it being fine in Spand Express: The reason this happens is because the texture layout between Mule and Spand were changed. Mule's texture had some elements in different places and added textures for extras components (Carcass and blood), causing mapping bugs as seen before. Spand: Mule: In any case, during the beta, Mule had GTA III decals as extras, meaning it had no use of those carcass and blood textures yet, and it would mantain a proper texture mapping in the LOD unlike Final. Extensions and augmentations coming to the Bounty Hunter in the form of the Outlaw role this December makes sense. Along with the M1899 Pistol. Will we see the next price hike as well? Last December the cost for roles went up from 15 to 25. The Naturalist was 25 as well. This December it could be 35 Gold for the Outlaw and 45 for Outlaw Pass #4.

Maybe. But I think it'd be a domino effect. COVID-19 delaying the release of next-gen GTA V, when in turn could delay the announcement of GTA VI. But I really don't know... Here's the thing. Why has the game been announced with simply "Second half of 2021" that's pretty vague, which suggests to me that they simply don't know when the game will be ready, but that they certainly have a deadline of 2021. Which makes sense. If the game was scheduled for fall 2021, then why not say that? I'd argue that's because they want it out earlier, otherwise, why not just say Fall, like they have in the past? They probably want it out before then. Which would leave October free to announce GTA VI.

Actually I meant the conclusion doesn't have value, not the game itself. GTA V has done some things right, I mean character development has been questionable but I did feel something when I saw Trevor or Michael die in the ending so V did make me care about its characters despite its execution. Heck I would even say I cared more about V characters than I did about RDR2's characters so it has unique value in modern time. But the thing is that 3d era games weren't trying to be amazing at acting, dialogue and cutscenes yet they did it good. That's particularly why I am indifference to your conclusion. V did good at areas where it was supposed to be good, not surprising to me and sadly still falls short of what it wanted to be (reminds me of when I talked about V's cutscenes being lazy compared to even SA's), It didn't quite impress like Mafia series did, or Mass Effect series did or even IV for that matter. There is one thing that always bother me about modern Rockstar games is this question I keep asking myself "Why play this game, when there is already a game that has what this game has and much more?" If V rivals IV in some ways, sure but we will accept it for the sake of argument, but why play V when IV has dialogue, the characters, the scenes and has better story progression and much much more? And what's irritate me more is that I actually do wanna enjoy V. I'm very much invested in this game but it seems everytime I take a big bite of this meal, I keep tasting less of it. Meanwhile 3d era games like SA left me obese with how much they spoiled me.

I think, Since the bulk of their cash is through shark cards/Online, all they need is a huge player base, they're just transferring the complete PS4 player base to PS5 without making them pay again which would result in some people not buying it. The larger the player base ; the larger the amount of people who would buy shark cards.

I think the dlc will have something to do with Georgina Chang. She’s playing the long game. Lester is getting played. Also remember rockstar said Heists not Heist so it seems to be plural, multiple heists like the heist dlc

The problem with both Casino Updates is that they've reintroduced the horrifying issue of chronology to GTA Online in a much more awkward way the all the Post-Ill Gotten Gains 2 DLC's have done. Now there's a smaller section of the game you need to play in order to understand the story going into a much grander, more lucrative and completely seperate update, that you can actually be introduced to Georgina and be told the Duggans already own the Casino having muscled her brother Tao out, before you've even set foot into the Casino and be told the Duggan family are trying to buy it from Tao Cheng. [NOTE: I'm assuming that, given how low a rank some people can be when hosting their own Casino Heist, if there's anything wrong about what I've said here, please tell me]. They can't keep the Duggans v Chengs or even their individual storylines going forever. As cool as it would be to have Georgina be a psychotically honour fuelled antagonist of Catalina levels of insanity who used Lester as a means to take revenge on the Duggans before moving onto her warped obsession with him for killing her dad, that would only further fuel the confusion of newer players who are being introduced to these characters... before they've even met wheelchair bound Lester at his house upon reaching Rank 10. The Casino is comprised of owning both a Penthouse, which at face value is just a money sink of an apartment and the Arcade which you're told is specifically to Heist the Casino with no warning that the events tied to the Penthouse come before the Arcade introduction cutscene in Mirror Park. If the Mirror Park cutscene was locked behind completing Casino - Cashing Out, it'd make sense, but then who knows how much damage would've been caused to the day one sharkcard profits due to the amount of people suddenly realizing they need to buy the penthouse first if they want to rob the Casino. If Rockstar introduced a menu like a Flow Chart that explains what activities are tied to each property you can/have purchased, that might help... EDIT: Let's not question the inconsistency of the High End Apartment tab being grayed out, but I'm standing in mine in the image.

It seems that people think Rockstar is a small company with 20 developers who cannot work on multiple projects at the same time. The team working on the remaster is not the same team working on the next game, if the game was not announced it is because it is not ready for an announcement

Thanks mate. That's really clutching at straws. Rockstar are frustrating but are, to some extent, predictable. There are times when they are more likely to announce games and the end of October is one of them. 18/10/16 - Red Dead Redemption 2 announced 25/10/11 - Grand Theft Auto V announced May is sometimes used: 09/05/06 - IV announced 22/05/02 - Vice City announced Once March was used: 04/03/04 - San Andreas announced October has been the more "recent" announcement time. But at the end. Let's hope so.

I think there's a better chance that the game will be announced on October 5th, 2026 than it being announced this October 5th. And that's sad.

Tell me about it. Last one I had some days ago the buyer would just cower stucked in place and do nothing after I killed the bandits that had him. What a f*cking joke of a "Rescue the Buyer" mission........ Had one that was tied on the back of a horse. Chased it all the way down to Blackwater and after shooting the rider, the f*cking horse, with the buyer stowed on, goes for a f*cking swim in Flat Iron Lake. Had to go after it, while being shot at, but horsey drowned, taking the buyer with it. Who designs these missions, really? The caterer? Cleaning person? The bell boy? Of all the 'Rescue the Buyer" missions, I've seen just a handful completed successfully. All the others, and I've done a bunch, couldn't be completed due to bugs, issues, incompetent developers brain farts. What a waste of time in this game. Next time I'll just make sure the timer is started and then the buyer can go f*ck himself.

They created a slow paced meditative anti-hero western game, the antithesis of their other property. Their online approach has been: Staple on GTA:O, Western Fashion Show edition. Until Rockstar accept what they built, the gameplay will continue to be dissonant from the online offering. Roles are a reskin of Business Battle etc. They'd be better off talking with the people at State of Decay on building an open world multiplayer sandbox. Follow the linear yellow line to shoot baddies isn't appropriate for this game, because it's not what they built. They built a sandbox and have no clue how to monetize it or incentivize the ADD kiddo's dropping money for shark cards.
