For me, I'd like mansions too. A fairly large cost initially as they are mansions (probably 8m at base price so they can be bought with a shark card though, lol). But also with similar decoration dynamics to the casino penthouse and so many optional extras to buy, I could indulge in that for sure. The option to add a pool/snooker table, air hockey, tennis court, swimming pool, arcade room. All that jazz. A real hub of minigames and a more interactive house for my character. It'd soon become a real money sink. Then there's the potential to add a larger and more dynamic garage where we can again decorate it how we want and choose various layouts for our vehicles, and it can store lots and lots of cars as I'd gladly look to own one of every ownable car in the game if I could to be fair, so the best way to empty my bank would be giving me so much storage I spend out, lol.

When players aren’t griefing or quiting missions mid session, they’re straight up harassing or trash talking people. Why are people such assholes? I really don’t understand. Imagine how much fun could be had if people played fair and respected each other? Obviously not exclusive to GTA, but still, I don’t understand some people.

I really don’t understand the hype for mansions. I’ve gone all of this time thinking it was a cool idea, but I never actually stopped to think about what would be needed in order to make a mansion even remotely interesting. Customization will be barebones. The penthouses are the closest we’ve been to customization, and there’s like three presets for the design and some spots to put art pieces. Arcades already exist so there likely won’t be exclusive games there, we might get bowling and/or table tennis at best and we’d get a big garage. You’d be paying millions of dollars for a big empty space, and maybe another customizable garage that’s too dark to see a god damned thing inside of.

From some data I've just came across looking for something else not even relating to the Naturalist Role, I've found the full release cycles for the LA, and I've checked the list with the releases of the past LAs these seems to be the release order cycle of the remaining Legendary Animals 29th September - Legendary Moose [Free Roam] 6th October - Legendary Bear [Sighting Mission] 13th October - Legendary Moose [Sighting] 20th October - Legendary Panthers [Free Roam] 20th / 27th October - Legendary Panther [Sighting] Should cover the next 5 weeks, it's possible we may get the Panthers all in one go on the 20th October due to the Halloween content being available from the 27th October, which is why I've put 20/27th for sighting mission for the 3rd Panther.

I don't know if you know this information already, but the Pass itself will be 15 Gold Bars, you will not earn any gold back and there are only 20 Levels so the pass should last two weeks to a month at least but I'm leaning on it just being two weeks covering the final week in October / first week in November so that as the content is all Halloween based of course so wouldn't. It makes sense for the Panthers to align up with Halloween, two of them have interesting names that give off spooky vibes, the Nightwalker Panther and the Ghost Panther.

I've been thinking what will "the biggest update" encompass, as in, what will the focus be that will make it stand out as the biggest. What if by biggest they mean the supposed island accompanied with regular amount of other content that comes with updates (around 20 - 25 vehicles, new property, a lot of clothing, some tattoos and couple of hairstyles) Or maybe the focus will be on or more than one thing? New island, huge customizable properties, 50+ vehicles and etc. Just wonderin' if they used "biggest" for specifically one thing - the new location, while the rest of the content in terms of quantity is on par with the previous updates.

No lock-on against it, ridiculous armor (like Nightshark levels), and infinite missiles. I start that job strictly to clean lobbies of Oppressors and Deluxos. It's basically cheat mode against them and I don't feel even a little bit bad. The best part is, so few people own Ruiners and run this job that it seems like almost no one knows about it. So they'll fly right at you, thinking their Mk II is going to get another easy kill, and you get to nuke them at your leisure. The armor is also good enough to make this an effective anti-jet tactic. It can survive multiple strafes.

Go karts would be cool.

The Luxor Deluxe and the Superyacht Aquarius Variant are the only 2 in-game items whose base price is or exceeds $8m. The problem with making a minimum buy-in for an entire DLC's main feature (i.e. a Heist) $8m is that it does lockout (I'm willing to guess, though prove me wrong if so) the majority of players. Unless R* put in the extra work so there's variational cutscenes that work in the High-End Apartment Planning Room. Meaning if you've beaten the Pacific Standard as a Host, you can then launch Heists 4 from there without having to own a mansion, launching it from a mansion is more of a bragging rights option, on top of all the cool extra features you'd get with a mansion. It'd cater to fans who critiqued the Doomsday and Casino Heists requiring an entirely new yet mostly "useless" property for seemingly no reason other than Sharkcards, arguing that there's no reason we couldn't launch those Heists from our Apartment, but it would also have a consolation to it if mansions were to be located on a new island; - Can't afford a mansion but launch the Heist from your High-End apartment? All the setups have a short travel time, but the finale will have a massive travel time to it. - Got a mansion? You'll have to make countless seriously long trips back and forth from LS to launch the setups, but the finale is right on your doorstep making the Elite Challenge Par Time a cinch. Fun said having the Planning Room on a new island miles away from the mainland where all the setups would take place would serve as an incentive to get people to Pay to Skip Setups, so I can't imagine allowing people the option of launching the Heist from a High End Apartment would keep the incentive... unless they make it so you CAN'T launch Heists 4 from the Apartment if you own a Mansion as a workaround. P.S. This post is the first time I've ever written or seen the word "cinch", I actually had to check how to spell it.

I’m pretty surprised this one is still not considered by the devs. Really think that these 2 are good and likely choices because they fill some places no cars have filled yet: a ultra-basic reliable 4x4 and one of the quirkiest luxury sedan with cool personality.

I don't think they'll go far from the price of the most expensive shark card on a single item. They never did. The biggest milking in this kind of updates comes in little doses. Like a sh*t ton of clothes, decors/addons for the newest property, vintage "working class" cars costing 4x or 5x times more than vanilla supers (Bullet, Infernus), etc.

It is possible that in beta Lakay camp would come after leaving Beaver Hollow. Just yesterday, when I came back from Guarma and entered new camp in free roam, I talked to Charles. Arthur mentioned that this place is terrible and that he misses Murfrees. That's kinda strange, don't you think? Especially when they are just about to meet them in a second.

i hope r* doesn't fix the small lobbies bug, i'm enjoying being in small lobbies and having a much lesser chance of running into griefers.

I would guess because they were originally designed for a portable device with a small screen (PSP) and they simplified some things because of that.

I'd say that's likely the case... we know the originally locked hangar at Zancudo is finally being repurposed to house a UFO as a Business Battle (most likely just for Halloween), with the event rewards up for grabs more than likely being the recoloured Interloper outfits that've been found in the files to match the selection of the Arena War Alien outfits, (the costumes, not the Purple and Green bodysuits). Rockstar CAN add new Contact Missions without warning or a title update, so it'd be cool to see new missions for Ron centre around Government conspiracies involving the IAA, FIB and Aliens get released to coincide with the Halloween event. But MAYBE new contact missions will get held off until next year, because here's where the business side comes in. The two Casino updates saw the record for player counts break consecutively. Had Cops n Crooks been released this year, I'm positive they would've gone 3 for 3. With a fourth Heist update coming this winter, that alone is good news, since Heist updates are what always seem to bring in an influx of new players, so if this Heist introduces something players have been wanting for quite some time, like how 2019 finally introduced the Casino after 5 years of OPENING SOON. Think about it, we got the Casino, we were (and hopefully will in April/May 2021, R*, hint hint, listen to the customer and not the unappeasable morally outraged who don't play your games) gonna get a Cops n Crooks this summer, those are BIG requests the community has had for years that certainly make up for the disaster of a weaponized sh*tshow 2017 was and the sour taste Arena War ended 2018 with. So if they introduce another BIG request the community has had, and have a good dripfeed to boot, that'll keep hype around the update, likely to draw in newer players, rather than another update between now and Heists 4. Thinking about it, on the subject of mansions, as someone whose played since 2013 and started making millions upon millions in 2016 to the point I've achieved 9 figures back in 2019, I'd want a mansion to cost a considerable amount, so it's something that has to be earned by learning and utilizing the moneymaking mechanics already in game. The problem is, again, that locks out players who don't have $5m - $10m+ and forces them to buy top tier sharkcards if they want to just jump straight in and host Heists 4 themselves, rather than play and advance through the easier stuff first and become better players who know how to read on screen instructions (there's this thing called Story Mode that is the best teacher this game has). If they WERE to announce Mansions in late October or dare I say it even the 1st of October, AND reveal the minimum base price is something like $5m, that gives players who suck, impulse in-game spend or don't have many (if any) businesses a chance to start earning money and have a little leftover.

I highly doubt there will be another update with any additional content, the only other Halloween related content are just out Outlaw Pass items but they could just be leftovers and they were not removed before they released the update. Rockstar loathe to add anything into the game via a surprise update, since the benefit coupons from Outlaw Pass 3 will not expire until November 30th would leave me to believe Rockstar do not plan on adding anything else to the game before that date, we could even find out if we may get a December update based upon the expiry date of some of the Halloween Outlaw Pass coupons but I think these also have a November 30th expiry date. If Rockstar had planned on adding anything else, it would haven't been bundled with July's update so they have already planned for the content to last until there next update in December if one is planned for then. Again, as I say, I could be wrong and I hope I am wrong and some of what I post is my own opinion based upon what data I have available to me and also knowing how Rockstar progress RDO updates previously.

I would state that Halloween is bigger than Christmas when it comes to the player base! Why R* fumble the ball this hard when October could earn them more money and have more people playing their games!?

Yuck. I hope, they have some "tricks" up their sleeves. The content, is a bit sh*tty. IMO - the vampire dagger, would of been a better melee weapon. This machete, looks goofy. A reskin of Algernon's Revolver; would be nice. A hex/ mojo bag gun belt accessory, would of been cool (purchased from Madam Nazar) of course. A 'were' wolf talisman? A victorian "goth" saddle? Vampire slayer tent theme? Hell, even a scarecrow Halloween outfit for Cripps.

-Scarface: The World Is Yours remaster/remake. I loved this game when I played it on PS2 and with remasters/remakes being a thing the last couple of years why not? -RDR3. Realistically this probably won’t happen until towards the end of the PS5/XSX life cycle, but I’d like to play it before I’m in a mid life crisis.

Randoms logic baffles me in the casino heist sometimes. In Big Con/Silent they try to hack the doors like they're pros but fail miserably and trigger the alarm. In Aggressive these fools play like the door is made of lava or something and are scared to use thermal charges on them.

R* realized that they could make a ton of Shark Card $$$ by giving the game away for free. Kids stealing their parents' credit cards and all (Epic Games = Fortnite = tons of kids to sell cards to for money)

I think he looks great! So, I log on today and for some reason Ruvik looks a little different? I cannot put my finger on it, and my daughter saw it too... But he's still rocking this new hat! Nature girl sent me on a trip, and I'm not so sure what Ruvik took from the ground where those bunny prints were, but he ate it anyways... And so I began my long tedious mission of being the most annoying bunny on the face of the Rdr universe. Unfortunately, there were no horses coming down the road so that I could run about their horses' hooves and just be a menace. Like a normal rabbit and all... But there was a bear, and I bothered the heck out of that bear! I chased him and chased him until he ran out of the area.. I soooo would have taken that Black Bear out if I had caught him. That night at the fire...

Here's one of the cigarette cards in game that might point out to Mafia 4 being set in LA. Would be pretty awesome to see a game set in 70s LA (think OUATIH or The Nice Guys) and I'm looking forward to Hangar 13's reimagining of the city if they do intend to set it there.

Got a new pair of headphones for my PC. Sennheiser HD 599. My first pair of "audiophile-grade" headphones. Considering getting an amp/DAC for these next month.

Yup man always been bummed out the game has so much potential to be fun but the R* rules and the mentality of the players are overwhelmingly bad. This game would be amazing if this was a better community, may not be forums but the nicer players aren't plenty what I've experienced in game and it sucks if money weren't the driving factor or the company's PvP mentality the game would be built better with coop in mind. It would be all I play even with crap designs of missions or events, it's still all I need in a game but this inhibits it, made me move on to what games don't dissappoint me can't play longer than an hour now.

Funnily enough, that's exactly what I did. As @Xiled predicted, randoms be random. Scope out, I drive, my partner sticks his Uzi out the window and starts blasting, like within 5 seconds of Lester telling us not to do that. Cops alerted, restart. Second attempt, I learned something I didn't know: the passenger can fail to complete the hack without failing the mission (Lester just says "Do better"). I have never seen anyone fail the hack on that mission before. Kuruma, the fool hurls himself out of my Kuruma while I'm tearing around the roof and is dead before he can get to his feet. Needless to say, I took someone else on the Finale. As we're getting to the bridge, the GPS disappears (as it does at that point) and my driver stops dead, pauses, then starts hauling ass down Route 68. You know, despite Lester and Eddie telling him what to do. So, yeah, completed it, but it was like pulling teeth. Hardest earned 30K of my entire GTA career.

I give all my horses French names to suit Bernadette's backstory, and I name each new one "Charle le Magne" as a placeholder until I've spent enough time with them for some notable event occurs or a personality quirk emerges to suggest a permanent name for them.
