Am I the only one who dont want a police dlc, at all?

I'd rather get some references to previous gta games. Little Jacobs weed vending machine(or claw machine) perhaps? Or Romans bowling allay? Or simply GTA1 / GTA2 arcade machine. Buuut speaking of it, I still don't get why they never gave us a RDR themed filler update. I know, they gave us two revolvers. But why not more? - Just port couple cowboy hats and outfits (In SP they had clown shoes with funny noises so it should be easy enough to make cowboy shoes with spurs sound effects) - Maybe add a repeater or a rifle? Having a bow would be great - Some rdr themed liveries for bikes, mustangs, MOC and Avenger - Maybe some bounty hunting missions? They could hide a chest inside the mine. That would be a cool way to explain that kind of content. Or just connect it to the movie studio cause they filming a new western. edit: Would be a great reference to Smokey and the Bandit

it is literally written in the files as a dev comment that the QUB3D minigame was supposed to be part of the Cops and Crooks pack. you can have more proof than that. (with it being next to all the other small clues from the files)

Did you guys already ask yourself how the game would be if R* remove non hostile player blips? Personally, I think it would be a wonderful change.

Perhaps because of people like you going out of your way to harass them in said topic? And now that you drove said user away from this forum, you're trying to rub more salt in the would instead of letting it go. The lack of self-awareness from your part is astounding, to say the least. Which is ironic, seeing how said high in-game item prices and grinding were the reason why so many people turned to glitching in the first place.

It means a youtuber just finished playing RDR2 and she said she'll play RDR1 after that. Thats it. But yeah, I can totally see them remaking RDR1 in RDR2 engine. After all its the same map and they never really used the New Austin part of it. And they would make sh*tton of money on it since RDR1 was never even released on PC. Not to mention all the money they would save on voice acting and having to write a new story. All they have to do is remake the missions and finish Mexico. edit: And maybe add couple new side quests. Maybe finish Guarma like they originally intended.

We still have no proof of Cops & Crooks Heres afaik all that what was found, and me explaining why that really doesn't confirm anything at all. "There are text files mentioning police station names" -> Police stations have names, this means nothing, does the appearance of any of the police station names in any of the million jobs released in the past meant we got C&C? "There are texture files of something that appears to be a flash-bang" -> Thats nice but with all the hardware we have already i dont see why a flash-bang would be a police-only thing, it could simply be a new throw-able. "Police outfit is no longer blacklisted!!1!" -> Except that it kinda still is, just because you can wear it now doesn't mean its unblacklisted, because it still vanishes when you switch session. -> More importantly, look at the casino heist and all the 'RP' outfits we got there, the fact that we have any references to cops at all can simply mean we can use cop disguise/entry during the new heist. "Police vehicle modifications!!1!" (not sure if this is even a thing, only saw it mentioned once) -> This too can be explained, remember how casino heist let us buy several service vehicles like bugstars or lifeguard ranger? they could just finally let us buy cop cars next? Fact of the matter is that at best we can only say there are references to cops found in the Summer DLC, and considering how big a role cops play in most jobs this isnt enough to go "CoPs & CrOoKs WaS CaNcElLeD DLC", imo the constant shouting about this assumption is making the gta community look bad, some people are really desperate for R* to be edgy it seems, but no matter how you twist the facts that we do have, theres simply not enough to claim that C&C was indeed a thing and that it was actually cancelled, we got 3-4 things referencing cops that can perfectly be explained without it having to be a C&C DLC. Im like 99% sure that all of the above relates to the new heist, and not to some recreation of a 10+ year old mta/sa-mp gamemode most of the community doesnt even remember anyway.

GTA IV did more with what little it had than V did with all its massive budget. Same can said for all games by the old team. Newer games by the new R* developers are just examples of wasting resources and opportunities IMO.

V has a great soundtrack, too. I think the problem was that aside from a select number of tracks, there wasn't enough classic songs, like 80's or 90's soundtracks. No single station 'stood out'. But it still had a great soundtrack. Might have been a bit too contemporary for some. But I distinctly remember people loving RLS and WCC at launch. Non Stop Pop FM was praised for being the first dedicated pop station, too.

Online will have compromises like RDO's catalogue or calling wagons while standing on top of a mountain but Single Player most probably won't have any of that. And what exactly is so different in the 80s from 2020 anyway that makes a new GTA not viable for that era except fashion and music and I believe both of them were better back then. Some people treat as if 80s were stone age. I still want Liberty City and Vice City in GTA6. It would be a match made in heaven. The dark and dense concrete jungle of LC complements the bright, colorful landscape of Vice City perfectly.

The reality is something else. If you make a good game, or a good movie, people will like it. The time setting is ultimately irrelevant. It's something more people think people will dislike, than actual people actually disliking.

@kcole4001 I like that last picture the best. Beyond the well known hits from that album, I'm partial to Gods of War. So Ruvik doesn't really quite know what to say about her, except he thinks that Miss Davenport is truly lost. The expression says it all. Lol, we always have him take us to the money and then we shoot him dead. The law doesn't care for him alive and well we get extra money, which is always a good thing.

Hey guys, I got a small update for you. This is an update for all the vehicles with pop-up headlights. The updated cars now use an extended Hakumai popup light script thanks to Zolika1351 and his ZolikaPatch which you can find here. You would be surprised at how much stuff is thrown away. Development time lost. Not uncommon in the game development industry. That said, I bet we do see things release that were clearly not supposed to be part of the next update. Or they shoehorn some not so fitting stuff in but try to make it seem like it's meant to be there. "You can now purchase this special garage that allows you to purchase and modify police vehicles because you need a special fast one for this random Heist setup."

It's ridiculous the amount of times I get instantly bucked recently, they can turn the function off in the Protect Legendary Animal free mode event so they have the ability to make it so the Horses are less skittish, but it seems Rockstar want us to fail and be mauled more often than not.

I've wanted to take some proper pics for ages, and finally found the time to get around to it - it's been years since I used the editor, and I'm largely checked out of GTAO these days, but cars like this are so good, I figured I should make a bit of an effort: I do love all the authentic Challenger interior details - still can't get over how well this turned out (props to whoever was responsible for the design/sculpt!): Got the idea for the colour scheme from Itzy's "Icy" music video - now just need a matching Road Runner, Thunderbird and Mustang...

I know some of you are managing your hype by steering clear of screenshots and other info about the game - but I've been processing my hype by making an extensive vehicle database, like I also did back in the day for GTA V. It's just fun for me to geek out on these things. I've always though CnC would be a waste of an update, but to each there own. I'd much rather have a Midnight Club dlc with lots of tuners, muscles, classic sports and vintage supers and maybe a handful of fast Superbikes. I noticed in the contacts section at the barber there are ecola and space ranger themed contacts, are these new? I've never seen them before..

RDR 1 should just be SP DLC honestly. With the option to 'start' once you beat the Epilogue if you wish

You're still ignoring the literal mention of Cops n Crooks in the files of the Qub3d machine. That has been mentioned over and over and over again. Literally says the name of the cancelled DLC. But sure.

Especially for big named titles, like GTA of CoD. Nobody is willing to miss out, because the game isn't set where they like. If anything, they'll end up loving it. Kids know nothing about the Cold War, but I bet you come next year, many of them will be self proclaimed 'experts' on it, because the weapons, vehicles and locations were cool. Hell, even Assassin's Creed got me more interested in certain parts of history I never had an interest in, previously.

I agree there. You claim that the outfit disappears after you switch sessions, but this is not true; it acts just like any other outfit, you can wear it, die in it, ect. The only thing you cannot do is saving the outfit. Rockstar tried to patch the Garbage Man outfit from disappearing when you're wearing it, but accidentally also "un-patched" the police outfit, which was coincidental. However, just to put it straight, I also agree that this has nothing to do with Cops & Crooks itself, as it is just a coincidental developer oversight. There are modification references on already existing police cars (Police Interceptor and Police Buffalo), but they've been remained unused since the launch of GTA V. Perhaps Rockstar had in mind of making cop cars have different mods on to make your police chases more diverse, perhaps? That said, they've changed the alert for when you try to enter LSC with a stolen Police Interceptor; Old pre-LSSS DLC: CMOD_FTRIG_COP = You can't modify police vehicles. New post-LSSS DLC: CMOD_FTRIG_COP = You can´t modify stolen police vehicles. This is one of the things that could be cut content from supposedly-planned Cops & Crooks. It could also've been a planned thing to modify cop cars for the future Heists. Who knows.

I don't expect anything from GTA V until next year. But 2 minute long trailers, back to back wouldn't too much.

What's the problem? Just don't listen them. If I know right, original soundtrack is still in the game.

I don't get the Watch Dogs hate. Watch Dogs 1 deserved it but 2 was a good game. Legion we'll have to wait and see. The thing with Watch Dogs is that it knows it's not trying to be GTA. I just wish Ubisoft made you play as a Malicious hacker out for his own personal gain instead of a Hacktivist trying to save the world. I want a Hacker who will steal your money and buy himself a mansion later Tommy Vercetti but hacker version. I do wish any of the other companies out there (EA, Activision, Ubisoft, etc) could make a GTA competitor. Even if it's not as good as Rockstar quality idgaf I need something to play in between the long waits for GTA games.

They still offer more crates than the old BBs, which is a bit nice to boost your nightclub cargo. To be honest, I don't take these events seriously, I don't do them for profit, they are simply a nice distraction for a while. Gives some sort of a motive while wandering aimlessly in free-roam.

There better be, im over level 180, i have 475+ GB and $37,000+, if they don't the community will be extremely pissed.
