Well, that's not surprising, another event week .... GTAO is sooo dry and absolutely boring. We need new content instead of the same old event week crap that you can't do much with. It sounds like cargo griefing with extra steps. Knowing R* they would pay you extra for griefing (aka "busting") sales in freeroam by joining the police force and thats it. But CnC themed dlc will never happen, the whole concept dosn't make any sense in gtao. A criminal cant simply join the police out of the blue... I'm 100% that this will never happen. You can have that thing of thing in FiveM but not gtao. But just like in single player you could be the guy that does the dirty work for the government. That gives them waaay more possibilities when it comes to missions and makes way more sense in general. Especially after DDH. We already have connections to FIB/IAA. They could even combine it with James Bond theme. But when it comes to vehicles you are wrong, they could do a looot. Starting from adding police liveries to old vehicles and ending by adding new vehicles for LSPD. If they just got rid of the timers and had set prices it would be much more fun. Add in randomised appearances, names and crimes (Just stuff like Murder, Arson etc) and random locations it would be better. As someone said before, R* only knows how to make Single Player games with one and done events. Translating SP to Online makes for a bad game.

We still have the Sugoi and Deathbike in the podium list, excluding the old vehicles that have been collecting dust for such a long time. Rockstar has been following a certain order with the list, suggesting that we may get the Sugoi next week.

Yep, I'm one of them. I don't count the Outlaw Passes as content, as such, as they're an optional extra. In the last Pass I wanted the Husky, so I sold all my collections to get it on day one, if the next Pass has nothing I really want straight away I'll rank up through normal gameplay and sell my collections when there's a bonus. My issue is with the actual playable content such as Roles, there's very little replay value and extremely limited and repetitive gameplay loops. GTAO has the same issue with repetition and shallow progression, but there's so much to buy and aim for, it literally took me years to get my garages to a point where I was happy with them. RDO has nothing to aim for other than rank, cash and gold. No big ticket items like properties, stage coaches, even a river boat yacht analogue (I'm pretty sure the yachts were in GTAO by this point in its life and if not they weren't far away) or something to fuel aspiration in an attempt to gloss over how shallow the game is. __________________________________ So, that whole "RDO announcement at Xbox event" theory... I've been wrestling with this today, I know they have that deal with Sony... but whose to say they don't make an announcement tomorrow, which just so happens to coincide with Microsofts Xbox First-Party Games Showcase, like they did with one of the big showcase/award shows a year or two ago? This is it, lads. Tomorrow is THE last day you guys should hold on for, after that, you've got to let it go and let them do whatever the hell they're doing and judge the reveal once they finally break silence and decide if THAT was worth the wait. Over the course of this month, this threads gone on City Morgue debates, wrestled with anti-cop rhetoric and media sensitivities, fuelled the fire of obvious spam, brought politics and economic systems under good & evil moral scopes, all of those on more than one occasion. The thread is getting to the point that when R* DO eventually make an announcement, even if it's exactly what you've wanted, you'll hate it for how "long" it took for them to announce it. A watched pot never boils.
