If anything, not enough people talk about this, everyone assumes that it's just par for the course on this game, we have accepted toxic behaviour ingame and just shrugged it off as "its gta bro, what do i expect?" Ah yes, it's so incredibly easy to trick a multiplayer game into playing completely alone, that anyone who sells in a populated session without knowing of such exploit deserves it, yeah, right. Actually the opposite, the ammount of anger against players who want to impose their toxic playstyles on people who want to be left alone not only is more than warranted, it's expected and deserved. If you think that this game is for PvP and PvP only, sorry but you don't have any imagination. You don't need permission from anyone to engage them, but it's not like you can see who actually wants to fight and who doesn't. A tryhard on the beach falls in the former, someone moving cargo in an slow van falls in the later. If you use GTA exclusively for PvP, wouldn't a purchase of COD be more appropiate? If you sell your stuff in solo public sessions, you more than anyone should reject this gameplay mechanic. After all, if you truly agreed that griefers have a legitimate right to play this game their way (PS: they don't), you would sell in public lobbies at their mercy. Yes, you're in the minority and frankly, for good reason, sorry.

Well there is lots more than freemode PvP. There is Missions, Heists, Racing, Deathmatches, The Arena. Also yeah armed planes and helicopters are partially there for PvP combat. However I would not consider shooting at a target that isnt shooting back and blown up with one missile, combat.

I'm not someone who has ever really ran into the animal problem cause I haven't hunted in ages and I don't do Trader at all but even I'm like holy sh*t with it now. I can't even get meat stocked up for cooking dailies, I don't think I've seen a single animal in well over a week now. I really don't understand... how has it got worse and worse through updates? It's actually silly now lol.

While I appreciate that GTA online can be a tough and dispiriting experience for new players, imagine if you could pick up a game that has been fully active for over six years and immediately become competitive. What sort of game would THAT be for those of us who have spent literally thousands of hours fine tuning our characters, collections and tactics? Imagine if you could buy an old Formula 1 car, do a couple of practice laps and win the 2020 British Grand Prix this year, as easily as that? It's not going to happen. I know it's hard, but thankfully Rockstar got something right, otherwise the game would be totally ruined by casual players dominating the lobbies and causing havoc. Instead, the game behaves exactly the way it should; you're new, inexperienced, have just robbed/obtained your first car and sit on the bottom rung of the GTA online ladder, as we all once did. Now it's time to work your way up.

Given your username I gotta ask, why not stay around for the answers and continue to discuss with us? Are you a previously banned member or just very shy, lol. Demonic? Na, lol. Just having some fun. Anyway... I can see there being a case for reading griefer complaints and thinking it is a bit overblown, but the game is peppered with tits and there is a part of the playerbase that will happily confess/own the fact they grief, or grief griefers. The game does cater to all playstyles really. Though I disagree about the solo lobby solution being a universal thing as we know this place is only a tiny amount of the playerbase over the years and many don't use forums/internet while gaming, there's millions that don't know if workarounds, many new folk pop up here after each DLC and only learn of these methods when they get here. This place is a hotbed of helpful info with some gems out to help all, I know I've learned my fair share or met others that share my goals. Only make it better, whatever the playstyle.

Sounds like reverse version of mile high club I used to place c4 on my friends back to quickly finish that biker bar resupply mission 1 - set Friendly Fire: ON 2 - put C4 on friends back 3 - set Friendly Fire: OFF 4 - friends run inside screaming "TEQUI-LA-AKBAR!" 5 - you detonate your c4 6 - Profit It should. Just be sure to put friendly fire on, otherwise it won't stick. And you can turn it back off just after that.

I just had a three quarters of the way stocked coke lockup get raided (and this happens basically on a regular basis), and I finally f*cked up and lost it all. That's it, I'm done. I am not f*cking with this dumbass biker sh*t anymore. It is NOT worth it. The only value it has is for the nightclub. I'm just done.

Make the most of Contact Missions this week as they are paying double. Also, VIP Work. Its not on double but its a great source of income.

They could explain it. It was always there, we just never saw it or went there. It's all fiction at the end of the day. Rockstar wont let their vision be limited because something doesn't quite match up with a 12+ year old games map.

Speaking of Dispatch: why's this sh*t locked to 2+ Player only? Seriously the only reason why I stopped doing them is because of this. Sure I could another player. ButI like to play Contact Missions the way I want; have fun doing that with randumbs. Especially those Flying Dildo randumbs.

I found something interesting, it is possible to equip a turbo using the Ifruit App, and different from Cyclone, the turbo improves performance, I performed a test on a track that I always use and the results were as follows: Even in the slow laps with the turbo equipped, i got be faster than the best lap without the turbo equipped.

There's no point participating, IMO. I'm seeing familiar names here with reasonable answers, but I've seen these answers in 2015, 2016, 2017. @Fool83, it's important that you read that. Like my post or mention me if you don't like it (you may actually), I'm writing it for you and some other new players too and I'll try to be brief. There are three ways to succeed in Online: be first, be smart or cheat. I was one of the first, my account dates to the 2nd October of 2013 and I've seen it all from billionaire days on Xbox 360 to the new car that was released this week. Being smart means using every trick without blatant cheating to skew the chances in your favor: public solo sessions, grinding crews, etc, etc. Thing is, being smart in this game is time consuming. I've spent so much time in Online doing repetitive grinding sh*t, that I can't advocate it to anyone, there are better ways of spending your time and the game should not be your job. If it looks like that, change the game. My advice? Cheat (glitches, dupes, whatever that's not hurting others). Or move to PC to cheat even more and play FiveM/ modded SP, whatever you like. Don't want it? Well, be smart and set some goals and use the guides over these forums how to grind and make money (Bunker, IE, MC, Nightclub, in that order). @Jenkiiii have pointed out that R* have succeeded with something to make V interesting for so long, they have succeeded by making the game addictive. The more you play, the less you're getting irritated with it until you'll reach the peak. That's probably my most controversial post here, so whoever wants to argue with me don't waste your breath. Talk to the new guy.

Tonight's gameplay loop of getting disconnected, closing app, restarting app, camp won't spawn, can't change session, closing app, restarting app, can't enter moonshine shack, can't change session, closing app, restarting app, too many players, nothing spawns, can't change session etc. is f*cking tedious.

Exactly my point. It's then a test if skills. Wasting someone in a Post Op van, or ramming someone off the road in a race is not.

My experience with targeting priority in this game is that I'm able to lock on to every tree, rock, passing cloud and colours of the wind before the target i'm actually aiming for. Why in the ever loving f*ck would I want to be aiming at a carefree deer grazing on the horizon when a cougar is giving me free claw hugs and chewing on my ear No don't change to the lasso now omg WHY
