The ai only 'see' what is in front of them as represented by the green line. The green car is at a direct collision path with the red car, so the red 'car' tries to 'avoid. it. This is how it has been since launch. So I get the idea of them wanting ai to avoid you, but the ai will always turn towards the car its on a direct collision path with. Why wouldn't they turn away from the car? Thats the biggest issue of this system. Want to see it in action? Drive towards oncoming traffic on the highway. In the previous games, the ai would simply continue or slow down with no problems instead of this turn into you bs. Now we get to the part about I/E traffic. One is where the ai drivers will slow down / dead stop / turn to hit you in middle of intersection. Than you have this. WTF happened to cause the ai driver to do this? The other is the scared ai driver 'flee mechanic' The ai will get scared by shots fired. The ai in cars who attack you will constantly be shooting there uzi's even if they are not in range of even hitting you. So them shooting even if you can't hear it from far distance will still scare all the traffic in front of you. Which will cause chaos for you driving with traffic going berserk to 'flee' the area.

Just needs to be said again that while everyone is fighting between the Issi and Gauntlets the Neo is shooting ahead of almost everything and getting very few downvotes.

First real bit of "dripfeed" and discounts since the update and it's literally discounts on all the things we bought in the update. It's the first update. The medium delivery wagon was actually on sale for the past few weeks for I think 25% off, that sale ends and it's now 40% off straight after. Even the bloody Outlaw Pass is apparently discounted which is mad. Still no survival game mode or anything remotely co-op outside of story missions, even though GTAO now has a survival mode creator. There's only been one new PvP mode in general since the Frontiers update if I remember right and that was the Halloween mode. Seems like they weren't lying when they said that they're going to shy away from PvP stuff and start designing content with co-op in mind cause that's what players want. Can't wait for them to start doing that. As far as the clothes go, they almost all follow Rockstar's new rule of "lets take something players already have and give it cow camo and/or fur". Still no sign of the limited time clothing, I assume we're going to have wait a full year for those to return now. Not helping the growing opinion that Red Dead Online is now on life support if this is pretty much all the only major update in what is likely to be a 6 month period has. At least Monster Hunter World Iceborne is out on PC this week tho

Yeah, and as usual in war it has benefited the faction that stayed out of it, the Neo Nuts! I can't vote for the Issi Sport unless my actual favorite, the Gauntlet Classic, is leading in votes, which it was for most of the game. Calling war against the Gauntlet Classic was a strategic mistake, because Gauntlet Gang doesn't care which one of the Gauntlets wins, they will gladly sacrifice the Classic to have the Hellfire win, and in addition it made Issi Sport Squad look vindictive now, instead of sympathetic as in our earlier defensive struggle against the haters.

What's your take on this, guys? Is this normal? Should this stay like this in GTA6? In GTA V cops can: - dispatch horribly fast regardless of where you are - react insanely fast while in cars, this should not be like this, in my opinion - see through walls (If you don't believe me I can make a video about it, just to prove that I'm right) - magically know which direction you're going to go - accelerate and ram you from behind even if you're driving the fastest car in the game at its top speed - spawn right in front of you every single time - shoot you in the head from a moving vehicle while you're driving 100mph+ - not fly through the windscreen, nor lose HP when they collide with something at very high speeds - only be pushed away (their cars) with more force applied to them than usual (I think cops cars have higher mass than regular ones, not sure but it feels like it) - infinitely respawn, which is ridiculous - shoot at you from helicopters - which is one of the most unrealistic BS things I've ever seen in GTA, seriously, cops just don't give a damn about collateral damage in this game - instantly magically know that you're in water and then dispatch coast guard boats when nobody has seen you get into the water in the first place - find you in the middle of nowhere after you killed a hitch hiker with a silenced weapon In GTA V, cops play a key role and yet it's implemented very poorly. In GTA6 they should definitely make it more realistic. I'm not talking about 100% realistic because that wouldn't be fun of course. There should be a line between fun and realism in video games. This [GTA5 cops] could be fun... but frankly, it isn't. Way too unrealistic, way too dumb and just ridiculous in general. I mean, why would a cop in the right frame of mind just pull the E-break then pull up right in front of you on the freeway while you're going at 150mph? LOL. Does that sound stupid? Yes, it does. Why would cops just run over innocent pedestrians? Why would cops shoot at you from helicopters while flying extremely fast above you? Like, cmon. Why would cops just line up in front of you and run right into your fire? Why can't they use smoke grenades or flash bangs? (I know they use smoke but it's dumb because 99.999% of the time it doesn't affect me, the player at all. I just don't like how unpolished the cop AI is. I hope they'll put much more work into it in GTA6. I'm saying this because as I said cops are one of the most important part of GTA and have always been. Oh and I hope Rockstar will make civilian drivers less retarded in GTA6. I hope they'll finally recognize the player as a fellow driver and won't try to change lane WHEN I'M RIGHT THERE. I hope they'll make them use turn signals, and make 'em use it BEFORE THEY TURN THAT'S WHY THEY'RE CALLED TURN SIGNALS - OR "INDICATOR", TO FREAKIN' INDICATE THAT YOU'RE ABOUT TO TURN - oh good lord, how many times have I crashed simply because the AI car didn't use their goddamn turn signals? Jesus Christ, Rockstar. GTA5 is supposed to be all about small details, right? I can hear my flip-flops flipflop but I can't see AI drivers use turn signals? C'mon... I still think GTA 5 is a great game, aside from this stuff. So butthurt fans please don't stone me.

This game is badly in need of a good event week and some bug fixes. Currently it feels like the beta all over again, not much to do, bad event weeks and a lot of bugs.

Model looks great with tons of power to send it sideways. Love it! Issi Sport is actually the only car on the list I've never owned. Never really interested me tbh.

If you actually go back and look at my other posts here, you'll see that the Issi wasn't always my target. I spread out my downvotes across other cars that i didn't like such as the Krieger and Thrax. I downvoted cars I did like that were getting high in popularity such as the Paragon and Neo. It wasn't until closer to New Year that the Issi became my main target because 1. It was gaining popularity and gaining on the Gauntlets and 2. Because of what remains it is my personal least favorite that is left. I never voted against something out of spite or because I have a personal vendetta against someone as a result of them downvoting something I like. You like that little Issi, cool, more power to you. I don't know how downvoting a cluster of pixels that resemble a hopped up Mini can be relatable to bullying, especially since it's an inanimate object with no feelings but I digress. It isn't as if a couple of cars I like haven't been eliminated. For example, I quite like the Emerus, i think it's a better looking and better performing car than the Krieger but hey clearly other people didn't think so. I like the Dynasty, it's a cool little "out there" car that is based on one that probably not too many people that aren't car nuts have heard of but that one has been eliminated as well. Did I go and rail against those who didn't like it? No I moved on and continued with my support of my favorite car in this game which may or may not be a car you like as well. Am I gonna be hurt and offended and go off a rant about other people's opinions if the Gauntlet Classic gets eliminated? No, because the general opinion of people who are participating in this game is apparently against it. Oh well. It's the nature of eliminations, sometimes what you like is early to go and that's just how it is. If this all backfires on me, so be it. If my favorite gets eliminated, fine I'll just jump behind my next favorite and so on and so forth. A little bit of a stiff rivalry makes things more interesting don't you think? You know what's even worse about thermite charges? When you place one down, you cannot interact with ANYTHING until it's finished. Yep, there's a nice stack of money right there but you can't pick it up until the thermite's done burning. So much for saving time.
