Merry Xmas, people. I'm glad to be with you and share the passion for this unique turd current Online is. We have exactly one week of the year remaining so let's make the most of it with the snow and don't forget that the tank is going tomorrow. What's really important though, is to stay with your family and friends. Stay frosty, healthy and enjoy the time you have, especially younger folks.

Snow has definitely intensified! My character is getting covered in snow and the widn is blowing the snow horizontally. Ace! f*cking hell, seriously...despie all the issues atm, this whole snow thing has been amazing. This snow storm/blizzard looks and sounds amazing. They have really taken efforts to implement it well--I'm really impressed and will miss this when it's gone. Hopefully the snow effects stay up north after the event finishes.

Something something that'll come to this year's christmas along with the Bullet. -Crack.

I think that's grasping at straws. From RDR1 everyone knew that was Mexico and Rockstar probably wanted to put it there for artistic purposes anyway.

I don't know what you mean. SpeedFX already exists. Also I just pushed a new release, 4.1. I tweaked the new Env pipeline a bit and I like it now. Merry christmas.

I will never comprehend the motivation to grind out something you hate for the sake of a video game trophy... Just go afk with a rubberbanded controller in a race or showdown lobby while you do something else, you'll get there eventually and have wasted less lifeforce.

So I finally convinced two friends from my clan to try RDO and join my Posse; I patiently waited for them to finish their character and play the intro mission while I prepared a delivery for them so they could get some money right off the bat. It was a lot of fun hearing them enjoy the feeling of riding alongside friends as they escorted me to deliver the goods. Upon arrival and successful delivery, I receive an invitation to participate in a Fool's Gold event; and even though I know we are going to get stomped, I accepted the invite while explaining to the guys what to expect and what our game plan was going to be (mainly sticking together) After the event was over, we spawn back in to Open World; and as it would be, other participants spawned nearby as well. One of which took it upon himself to hogtie one of my teammates, who called out and we rushed to his rescue and killed the Would-Be Kidnapper. I set up camp and we started traveling back, when suddenly we are being attacked by the same kidnapper, who again gets killed in the ensuing 1v3 gunfight. As we approach camp, we get attacked again by this player who again just gets annihilated by the 3 of us. Now that we have reached camp, I explain to my teammates about the white flag and that we are safe. Then I go about explaining how to use the catalog and we are all looking though the weapons section when I start hearing explosions. I exit the Catalog to see the same player throwing dynamite sticks at our horses (who are in the camp and are not affected by the explosions beyond getting blasted off their feet). We all walked up to him and start emoting, but he continues throwing dynamite sticks at the horses and us. One teammate pulls his cattleman out and says he wants to kill him, so I walk over to the white flag, did a count down and lowered it. After my teammates destroyed him, I raised the flag. Seconds later, he is back in our camp and now tossing fire bottles at us. So, I lowered the flag again, the ensuing gunfight lasted maybe 2 seconds before he got obliterated again. Raised the flag again! After a few minutes go by, we all receive a message from him that he has reported us for Griefing and he is going to get us removed from the lobby. My friends were laughing so hard, that I am sure this is the beginning of a Persistent Posse. Good times!!!!

We got a cleaner version of the Aston Martin DB5 (JB700W) with this update so why not a JAG E Type for the next one ? Even GTA San Andreas had one , it was named Windsor. Name it Enus Windsor Classic or Ocelot Lynx Classic as the Lynx is based off the Jag F type ? The Pics below is a mod for Enus Windsor Classic that Spartan 112 made for GTA IV. And yes Enzo Ferrari called it "the most beautiful car ever made".

I'm just gonna answer the question rather than being petty. It's, in my opinion, up there with the best driver's cars in the game. It is certainly similar in straight line performance to the Schlagen GT and, judging from my short trial of owning a Drafter, much more nimble. Even without upgrades it feels like a car that can do anything. Ass kicks out a lot, almost feels kind of forced but it is very controllable and fun. I wouldn't trade my Schlagen for it (I have two Schlagens lmao) but the Komoda does have more steering feel, its just funner.

St. Denis looks particularly fine in the snow.

The Naturalist role is possibly cut from the Moonshiners update or it became part of the Moonshiner role, I mean you can already see that the Moonshine business depends on collecting ingredients for several flavours. I think the initial concept of the current update was to have two separate roles, the Naturalist role and the Moonshiner role, but the problem they faced is that the business won't be much different from the Trader business, pick up moonshine from some place, deliver them to the business, wait and sell your own booze. And the Naturalist role was probably to collect plants from around the map to mix them up and come up with a special drink. This would result in the Moonshiner role not being much different from the Trader role, and the Naturalist role not being different from the Collector role. Eventually, merging them both was the best option to have the players go through something different than the other roles. Photography is an interesting idea for a role, and it will offer a different experience than the Collector role. I think it fits perfectly as the next phase of the Collector role. Speaking of the sheriff role, it sounds interesting but difficult at the same time, I see two problems with this role: 1- Player Interaction Every role we have received benefit the player in its own way, but this role could result in the opposite. As bounty hunter, you could ignore a player with 10 dollars bounty or less, but that's not something you would do as a sheriff, and with how easy it is to end up with a bounty, you could accidentally slam into a wagon or NPC horse only to find out there are several players chasing you for 20 cents bounty. Rockstar would have to find its way around that, otherwise you will end up with lawmen taking it too far which aren't much different from griefers. 2- Other roles How would this role interact with the Trader & Moonshiner ? The latter is an illegal business where you already have NPCs as lawmen setting roadblocks, dealing with those NPCs is not that easy and the game already tell other players to destroy your wagon. The last thing you want to see is a player going after you in the name of law. I personally feel like it will be better for Rockstar to start with the Outlaw role than the sheriff role, as being an outlaw could help in establishing the bank heists.
