Yes it is bugged. Three times in a row last night this damn mission bugged out for me. All three times the van either stopped and locked itself after the driver got out or was shot out which caused the passenger to take control, who also got killed by me and lo and behold the van locked itself again. Considering how many other people are experiencing this, I think it's safe to say that this is a bug.

I live in New England, and I get how you're feeling, but snow is fun for a temporary time to mix it up. Do something different. Go into a lobby by yourself and drive around listening to music or listening to the car engine as you drive around so many places you have driven before but look totally different. Fly where you have flown before and look around at the surroundings...the game will be back soon the same as it is every other day. The sound of the wind, the look of everything with snow on it, the different handling of the cars is fun. Walking out of the bunker today and hearing the wind whip and being shocked by the snow [even though I knew it was going to be there] was awesome

Just when I was full of praise for R* and RDRO... -No animal spawns -Bounty Missions glitched and I cannot interact with bounty board -Story missions cannot be completed now, they glitch out -Camp is 24/7 being 'pitched' but not in the game world The more I play, the more unplayable the game becomes. Oh, and random disconnects every 15-25 mins. Thanks for the snow, it's great. A total shame I cannot enjoy it.

It is absolutely bugged. I finally got it last night but even while i was getting it, it was bugging out, couldn't get into the driver side as it it would just freeze animation, managed to get into the passenger side but i stayed in the passenger seat frozen for 10 secs while the cops were unloading on me. I survived by spamming snacks and body armor and after 10 secs my character finally made it to the driver seat and i could drive, all the times before that the event would totally bug out and the van either was locked and i couldn't get in or the cops would just stop and get out and the van would despawn after looking away from it. Just because you didn't had any problems with it doesn't mean it isn't bugged for anyone else.

I would tend to agree for the majority of racers,these are facts. However,4000+ wins in, I still dominate in stock colored rims. Sometimes,just knowing what an apex is and how to hit it can make all the difference.

Based on the jacket seen in this beta screenshot, I found most of the original geometry and textures on a random ped and adapted them to fit Niko once more. Includes two extra variants based on the ped textures. I'm calling this first release a preview because I'm sure there's some rigging errors and I think the smoothing could be improved a bit. Thanks to all the participants and reviewers who made this MOTW another good competitive week. @XzeuX turned out to be a fantastic host this week, well done. I haven't gotten time to try any of this week's entries but reviews like @Martin_Strada's help me realise that there's a lot of improvement from each designer. A shoutout to @LordStarship for recognising an invalid vote for his own mission while he could have chosen to simply stay silent and hope it wasn't noticed. I like that spirit. It's a shame that a heavily populated run of MOTW has to be ceased, but it's also necessary. I am excited for the MOTY, and I hope we get the same amount of interest and participation in MOTW next year too when it eventually does get resumed.

I genuinely fail to understand why they refuse to add any new wheels to the game. It's been 6 years and no new wheels at all, not even the 100+ stock wheels that are unique to many cars. Is it company policy to disregard what fans really want?

I personally prefer the Armored Paragon because it's free, the armor is actually pretty decent, and it shows that I made it through the god-awful casino missions (Bad Beat still makes me shudder to this day).
