No one is getting the update early. Rockstar new launcher makes it impossible, because in order to download the new files (if they are uploaded in the first place) you would have to guess the SHA-256 hash of the new update which is quite impossible.

Looks like there are 6 locations for the new property, or maybe it is the casino. I don't know, we will know once the update hit us.
