What @Yan2295 tweeted a while ago make more sense now. There is no way Rockstar will feature a "hip hop" group in Red Dead, nor is it common for them to release a new game in the summer. Which makes it perfect for the next GTA Online update to feature the next phase of iFruit Radio and "City Morgue" will be part of it.

Oh yeah we are crazy for expecting to hear retro music in retro arcades.../s You know what else is popular right now? 80s nostalgia. Just look at Strangers Things, IT, new Ghostbusters trailer. It all cycles every 30 years or so (Just like in the 80s everyone loved to reference 50s). Just because something is "hot" for you doesn't mean its good or everyone likes it lol. If you haven't noticed people make fun of modern rap all the time for a reason.

it's kinda scary not knowing what vehicles we are getting at all before the update. usually we would have an idea because of trailer/pictures and the leaks. imagine downloading the update,starting the game and seeing an opressor MK3 for purchase on warstock...

An arcade near Mirror Park would be a perfect location. Fairly close to the Casino, plus we don't have that many properties in that area

So...i'm an eclectic guy...i can like music of almost any type...but another station with rap and modern hip-hop? Los Santos Radio, West Coast Radio, The Lab, and Blonded. I think it's enough. I was look into youtube all the tracklist, and i dont want to disparage the artists, but some of those musics don't go well in my ears, almost headache...specially if you're not american, you only catch this: "Yo! That and a bunch of girls doing twerk...not my cultural spectrum at all. When we only have a single new radio per year, R* should at least put different music styles to make that tracklist.
