We need the weapons from TboGT. That AA12 with frags was fun to use, and the damage output was perfectly balanced. Also the advanced sniper was amazing.

Imagine the Savanna Custom is this years Christmas gift, a man could dream.

It's not that bad. All wr have to do is wait until the DLC is officially released and THEN we can check the files. So we will still fibd out about the dripfeed vehicles on the day the update comes out, just we won't have the pics a few hours before the dlc releases

I wonder how will they disappoint us this time. Super long and boring preps? Almost invincible npcs? terrible payouts? No nerf for noob bikes? Terrible arcade games and no customization? No pooltables? All of the above? I think that's the car I've been requesting for the longest time. That thing deserves its own DLC. Having Kaufman cabs as a business would be perfect for this game. All they have to do is recreate taxi missions from precious games (mostly VC) edit: I remember @REXX made a thread about it My idea was: - Fully customizable business. Let us pick the name, different styles, colors, drivers, cabs for npcs and for you - Pick and hire npc drivers for passive income - Drive yourself to boost income and unlock new upgrades, liveries and occasionally get special rare missions (like being a getaway driver in a heist) - Bigger payout for doing it in time, lower payout for crashing and scaring the passenger - Let us convert any car we want into a taxi (and later unlock helis and planes as well). All they have to do is add new liveries for old vehicles - Unlockable story mission (like the ones from VC) - Customize your cabs. Add countermeasures, armor, jumps, landmines, (but no missiles. Make it the perfect passive getaway vehicles) - Off radar / missile jammer and no missile lock-on during missions (permanent feature or unlockable upgrade so you don't have to deal with tryhards and noobbikes) - Set your price and let other players call your cabs (boosts popularity and low lvl players could call them as backup. Let us be the good guys for once) Just think about all the things we could get with a dlc like this...

It reminded me of how I would like to have GTA SA's Infernus

Nothing will ever beat trailer 1 for me. I was 21 at the time, and we'd spent the whole year getting hyped over the leaks from February and March. The sudden announcement in October, and that trailer in November... Seeing the difference in comparison to GTA IV was staggering. No matter what you may think about GTA V, those days, and that first trailer was fantastic!

Somehow I think I’m more excited for the cars in this update than Christmas

GTA 6 on PS4 would be one of the most disappointing things ever. i just doesn't make any sense. GTA 6 should be a real upgrade over GTA IV and V and not a reskin of the same thing

Seeing how many fixes for the next SilentPatch coincidentally involve coronas, the next update has been dubbed The Corona Update! One of the fixes not directly to those are FBI Kuruma & FBI Washington sirens: In short: 1) In III, FBI Kuruma had horn incorrectly play over the secondary siren while pushing Horn button with the siren on. This has been fixed now, as no other vehicle in III era (except the Firetruck, where it's intentional) exhibited this behaviour. 2) In VC, different law enforcement vehicles have a bit different sirens. FBI Washington's siren sounded the same way as Vice Squad Cheetah did, with main siren being high pitched and secondary siren being normal pitched. This was not consistent with FBI Rancher, where the main siren is normal pitched but secondary siren is high pitched. I now changed this siren to be the same across both FBI cars - reinforcing the idea that different law enforcement departments have their distinct siren sounds (and thus FBI Washington using the FBI siren and not the Vice Squad siren).

Sweet baby Jesus the past 10 pages of this thread are a painful reminder of how awesome getting leaks used to be. No riddles or interpretations even... R*F era leaks was probably my peak hype for a GTAO DLC. The only thing better than the entire contents of an update leaking is when that Dragoon guy hacked R* and leaked pics of everything from E&OC. Pour one out for Dragoon and R*Faggio.

Likely another classic car, and probably a restomod at that, to keep in line with the Hermes and Clique of the past two years. That said, I hope they do introduce a clean vintage car this time around, with my favored option being the return of the GTA III/Vice City/San Andreas Cabbie, keeping its appearance as a Checker Marathon taxicab. Particularly fitting for Christmas would be customization based on the Checker seen in the Bill Murray film Scrooged, with decorations strung around the interior and exterior.

I don't know why people expect to see anything before the launch day. They literally said "more details when The Diamond Casino Heist launches on December 12th" So a trailer or even something simple like a picture being released earlier than that is very unlikely.

Those kinds of leakers are like supernovas. they only leak once and then that is it. Going out with a beautiful bang. But we must also not forget that leaks weren't always awesome. Most of the time, leaks caused bickering or worse egos. I would take reading about whether or not that is a Glock in the artwork than seeing people constantly beg someone for more leaks after they have leaked some info. It been 5 months, I'm sure everyone can wait 5 days.

So I've been replaying GTA 4 lately, and it has only intensified my desire for this one... There is a hole in this game that only this can fill:

I just hope the upper floor of the moon shine shack is a home that actually looks livable versus some burnt out dump. R did say that there would be a homestead on the top floor and yes I know while that may not excite everyone I am actually more excited about the possibility of having a home than a business.

Perhaps this is selfish as I am basically satisfied with what we have now in terms of car selection... That being said I believe we ought to receive some updates to existing car customization before we get new stuff. It's happened in the past with the addition of new liveries to cars. We should get updates to some of the older cars to bring them up to spec. It's a crying shame that the launch-day muscle cars don't have properly articulating butterfly valves on their bug catchers. Also would be nice to see some more basic mods be added. Would love to be able to remove the headlight doors on the Dukes to get somewhat closer to Dom's Fast And Furious Charger. I guess if I would have to say what NEW car I want in the game...it would have to be a 1970 Road Runner

For new vehicles, I kinda would like to see the Polestar 1 be added to this DLC. Some of you might also remember this car being the hero car for NFS Heat.

They've only failed in meeting your expectations. RDO is performing better than GTAO did at this stage as of May this year and with the content added I'm sure that hasn't changed and whether you like it or not it has been R*'s intention to build the world up slowly. RDO is for people who love the world it's set in and find their own way of enjoying it, which R* is doing via roles. You're not going to get SP story telling in online and if you thought you were then that's why they have failed your expectations but not the game. R* have said they want us to experience life in the west, not depart on some amazing epic story to save the west from some villain or some sh*t. At the end of the day if the game is not doing it for you then move on. There's no point in sticking around playing a game that leads you to have the kind of negative perceptions of it that you've displayed. Go find a game that delivers what you're after so you're not wasting your free time.

I wouldn't be surprised if some people would wish to throw a snowball right in my face after they've finished reading my comment, but I'll dare to say it anyway. I wish that snow would last at least 1-2 weeks, because I don't have enough free time to enjoy the snow in those days when it usually appears in GTA:O.
