Beyond disappointing this week. The Legendary Bounty mission doesn't do it for me. The drugged/hallucination segment reminded me too much of the GTA V Trevor and Micheal side missions I didn't really care for. It's a huge step down from the big shootout in the first Legendary Bounty. I want more big western set pieces, bad guys falling from saloon roofs as I shoot them and all of that clichéd cr*p. The lack of any clothing for a second week on the bounce is sh*t, utterly sh*t. I've b*tched about the masks across the RDO section for most of the day, so I'll avoid more repetition here. For those who've managed miss my opinion though, they're an abomination, seeing them makes me sad.

"Madam Nazar has obtained a smattering of masks that are sure to delight and terrify in equal measure." Delight the idiots that buy them, and terrify me about the direction this game is heading.

Can't wait to fix all the floating grass around Saint Denis by modifying the procedural.meta file.

This is the one I always remember.

Poor storytelling is the short answer

As a limited time Halloween only thing, they'd be cool, people could dress up as some freaky stuff for a week or two. Seeing people ride around in those things all year round though? Yea, ew. Which I fully expect people to do, by the way, as seen in GTAO a lot of players have the mentality of "I must something in every available clothing slot even if I look like hell doing it". Seeing people around the entire RDO world in those things is gonna be the game wide equivalent of sitting down at a blackjack table in the casino in GTAO and the three people alongside you are all in masks and tactical gear. So much for an immersive world.

Late last night: Sunday night 2:00am , small lobby of 10 and dropping. Hoping for some small or solo lobby fun play. At 2:30 with a lobby of five i set up my camp in The Heartlands. It sets up just below "Lands" on the map. I have full product and use my medium wagon to do a local delivery to Flatneck Station. Quick easy $150. Now about 3:00am i head back to camp to make a supply run. I hunt animals, rabbits and a deer, on that return trip to camp. Then bam! My camp disappears from the map, animals vanish, and the 3 person lobby i was in is now 22. I was going to do trader for 2-3 hours but i exited RDR and played Borderlands. Thanks Rockstar, thanks a lot.

If a delay happens, I'm shaving my eyebrows and posting pics. I know that's a step down from eating my entire ass, but we have to lower expectations now.

What? I'm pretty sure he's talking in general, 4K gaming is still quite inaccessible for most people. That has nothing to do with your country in specific, no one is implying anything.

Yeah good work Rockstar. Stupid masks were obviously widely used outside of theatre back in the old west. This could have been one game that kept it real, now we're going to see people wearing this crap and spoiling the realism for the rest of us because we're forced together with 12 year olds.

Hey guys! Just made an account here just to share my excitement. Got the game pre-ordered PC upgraded I'm ready to go. This will be my first time playing through anything Red Dead related so I am super duper excited.

These masks are all garbage

It's impossible for them to stick with realistically western themed game, they just can't do it.

What's the deal with Rockstar's obsessive fascination towards masks? Anytime they update GTA Online, you can guarantee they added at least five mask designs, and with three dozen color variations for each one of said masks. If you couple the new masks with the recently-added bright pastel clothing, then the future's looking grim, at least in the fashion department.

Another day, another bounty. This week’s legendary is an interesting one to say the least.

That R* died in 2013, roughly. Maybe 2014, lol. Back then when Manhunt or San Andreas were released, the company was small potatoes compared to today's R*, the controversy was probably seen as good/free publicity too whereas today they've 'made it' and don't need those headlines I feel. Especially in today's climate. GTA V tried but aside a little torture that the cops don't like seeing glamorised, it is a bit tame compared to past stories. GTA:O though which is infinitely more popular is very lightweight compared to even this games story let alone the past titles, lol. This online is more like Fast and Furious than it is Scarface or anything like that, lol. Also, look at RDR2. No hookers there and along with characters like Sadie Adler getting plenty of heat from some believing R* are just pandering to the masses by forcefully having a strong female character too. Can't even get a girl to scrub us down in the bath in RDRO, lol. Booo!! Don't get me wrong, I'm all for pimping or anything criminally taboo in my GTA, wouldn't want it any other way, just don't trust that R* have the bottle, or that T2 would let them risk it as financially they'd be more keen to stick with the proven ways. More flying sh*t and crash bang wallop on the way, I guess.

It's not so much the masks existing for me, although I dislike them. As @Jasonsaid, if they were seasonal items, like Christmas clothing in GTAO, where the sweaters, hats, masks etc. we're free and only in game for a couple of weeks, then that would be fine. Let players fill their Halloween boots, then take the items out of the game until next year. As these masks are gifts, paid for, and can be paid for in gold, it looks like they'll be available at all times, which means, unfortunately, when loading up a mission for some good ol' western shootout fun in 6 months time, we'll be stuck in a cut scene for Destroyed by Grief with at least 1 tw*t in a pig mask. Bye bye immersion.

Why can't we sit on public chairs and benches? We can sit in our camp, so I don't see why it would be a problem to sit on a bench at a train station for example?

Had a little silly fun flying around with a friend. Fun fact: The Nokota will casually fly in circles indefinitely if you bank it to the left/right and leave all controls untouched.

Spent an hour trying to find a freemode event, only to get that fall the longest distance before pulling your parachute one, but apparently that doesn't count towards the objective. Screw this, I give up. The daily objectives would have to pay out at least a million for it to be worth the time.

Took a pic, looked too dark though, so I added a filter in the share factory. Kinda like how it came out tbh.

I am at my wit's end with the entire connectivity of this f*cking game, it feels like its getting worse, and it was already bad to start with.

Hah! You're wildly overestimating Rockstar and overlooking the fact that the people who are in charge of the online mode and the ones who were in charge the singleplayer are absolutely not the same. This online Rockstar very much is completely stupid enough to do every single thing you said. They're the kind of folks who think they should be more like Fortnite and/or CoD if they want their game to be successful.

Why do you even bother, genuinely asking? If you need to glitch just to play the game, why keep playing the game? I've discovered that my mental health is much better now when I'm not playing Online and that's only concerning grinding, because freemode is gone for me since 2017.

This literally does look like they've loaded a texture in Photoshop and pressed Ctrl+i to invert colors. What's this even supposed to be anyway? While it's an abomination either way, at least the light version with red streaks has some form of context. This is just lazy bloat that nobody asked for.

Rockstar needs to seriously relax on the lobby merging until they figure out how to fix the camp spawns. Every time my lobby number gets low, I get merged and boom...no more camp.
