It feels more intimate in a special way. I feel really immersed when I’m walking around Star Junction for example on a rainy gloomy day with horns of bustling city goers in vehicles honking. I take the atmosphere in and especially being in Algonquin I’m in a concrete jungle of sorts. Dark alleyways lurking on nearly every street and more. It’s not just on the streets that the immersion hits me either. It’s also underground in the subways. I could literally go on and on about this game... Also, I’ve always loved this screenshot...

Basically, drawing colourful lines, polygons, neons, playing audio and replacing textures in the game without need of changing txd files. Textures can be animated or static. DOWNLOAD Documentation has been moved into AudioTex.pdf file. Please read before doing anything. //EDIT: Changed name of the plugin to be more sensible and also many bugs has been fixed. Also the animations are reconverted. Samples need to be saved as mono, 16 bit. //EDIT #2 Updated version so it uses scripting to stop and set the frame. I don't really think it changes anything. I still think they'll announce Bully II on October 22nd, and I still expect GTA 6 to be announced in 2021. I think 2020 is possible, but if Bully II does happen, and it releases late 2020 then a GTA 6 announcement might just act against Bully II. Although, I do believe Sony or Microsoft could announce it, similar to MS in 2006, or Sony in 2014, but I'm not expecting this. I've believed this for a while, although I believe that was what impacted the SP DLC most of all. I do still expect an announcement in 2021, though. I just think they'll take advantage of the extra time to develop the game. They're in a great position where they don't need to release it, so I'm sure they could take their time to make GTA 6 and GTA Online 2 a game that will be designed to last 6+ years, from the get go.

Slightly disappointed there wasn't a new cheat added in SP which would replace all cars with Pantos (even in missions) and it'd be called "LOS PANTOS"

It's funny seeing console players beg for the new content that PC players get when they've been able to play the game for 1 year already. We've been waiting 3 years since it was announced to play it and they're not even able to hold a couple of weeks/months for new content.

That it feels like the GTA concept finally matured. I still applaud R*s ballsy move by abandoning the San Andreas model of how to approach GTA games and instead they opted for something much more refined and focused. It's one of the reasons I still play it after all this time. A few words can't describe how much I love Niko as a character, the story, physics, shooting etc. It's the best in the 21 years or so I've been a GTA fan for. Its missteps here and there I feel are the minority of the experience. As much as I love Vice City and GTA III not even those game captivated me as much as GTA IV does.

One month between announcement and launch, Stadia launch title, Steam release set for December... The game is probably ready to go, just a month of promo and hype building coupled with a few last minute fixes on the dev side of things. If there's a physical release they'll be sending the game off to print in a week or two probably. So, I think we're set, touch wood and all. I think they waited and waited until they were ready to for this, to avoid what happened with GTA V PC.

-Protagonist. Niko Bellic is the only HD era protagonist to carry a whole game on his own. -The city. Liberty City still feels like the most alive city to date. -Driving physics. Controversial topic but I prefer driving in IV to any other GTA. -Euphoria physics. Makes messing with NPCs so much fun. -Throwing random items at people. -Parkour. The most advanced in the series. -Interiors. Allows entertaining hospital shootouts. -Friend activities. Largest amount to choose from: drinking, bowling, pool, darts, comedy clubs, boating & helicopter tours. -Friends' services. It is especially fun take Dwayne's goons with you in missions. -Vigilante missions. The police computer makes them really awesome. -Story DLC: TLAD and TBOGT. I really miss it when Rockstar cared about singleplayer fans. -Swingset glitch. The most awesome glitch in the series, deserves a special mention.

I was just about to post this. I just hope that the next game won't be about Dutch's gang anymore and features a complete new cast and set of characters. Hopefully, they'll move away from the whole "the west is coming to an end" theme as well. I want the next game to be during the high points of the Wild West.
