Well, I had to try, at least once. This idea came from something very simple: the repetition of vehicles. There are several vehicles that are used for different things in VC. I don't think it's wrong, but a little variety is good. So it occurred to me to adapt some vehicles from San Andreas, which go well with the VC atmosphere. It's the first time I edit vehicles, so I ask for patience (like everything else). It is not in my plans, adapt ALL vehicles from SA. This is Cassie, the latest incarnation of an RPG character I've put into various genre games since 2006. Her roles have varied from a really bad witch (bad in that she's inept at magic) to a gang leader masquerading as a school principal to a space marine specializing in cloaks and sniper rifles.

I'm just picturing some old man from the classification board sitting in a conference room with a laptop playing with the Rockstar editor zooming in on some boobs from one of the NPC's that traverse the beach and thinking "Oh God someone please think of the children".

There is fine line between immersion and realism. You don’t appear to know the difference.

I don't know about a couple of days quick, but I think they wanted to make it easy so people don't feel like they have to spend there everyday lives focused on getting items from this pass. It also makes it easy because you don't have to do the roles exclusively to move up. You just simply play the game however and it levels up automatically. I'm willing to cop another pass like @Leftover Pizza if it means good loot and the leveling is done exactly how this one was done. So no changes R* please no. These passes should be easy drop in get what I need/want and peace out to do other things. Bounty Hunter is gonna be the slowest to level up in my opinion.

You made me register here to write this, have you ever seen terminal building of an airport "blocking", or being placed in front of the runway? That would make it impossible and extremely dangerous for airplanes to land as seen on the 'leaked' screenshot. Please, stop speculating about this non-sense leaks.

I spotted a man riding a horse near Gaptooth. The horse had suitcases strapped to the sides. That deserves inspection! Thinking the guy was some generic schmuck I popped some lead so I could nab the horse. He freaks and says it doesn't has to be like this! Gunfight. He dies. Inspecting him I realize he was another Collector (AI) and looting him gave me half a dozen wild flowers. The horse had nothing of note. Has anyone else stumbled across a NPC Collector?

I won another Gauntlet Classic on the wheel last night (already have 2), so I decided to make a Vanishing point tribute. Not an exact match, but close enough for my tribute to the movie car for me. The vents and the spoiler aren't appropriate, but I like the vents and the extra traction from the spoiler.

My friend and I (Benefactor69) both collaborated and did a lot of research on the runway picture posted here. Despite the cousin's comments we are very convinced it is an early screenshot of the game. I'm not saying it with complete certainty, but the amount of time and effort that someone has placed into it is way beyond the scope of most of the people who have generated fake leaks. We've done a lot of research and cited evidence that seems to back up most of the claims made about the game taking place in the past. Given that, according to his cousin, he did work at Rockstar and was in a position to take the photo is enough to prove it as such. Why he would release fake leaks, and then attempt to release the real one after the fact I do not know. There is an obvious quality difference between the faked images and the one taken of the runway. I have nothing to prove or disprove the sunglasses image, but given it seems to be taken on the same monitor as the runway picture I would assume there is a greater chance of it being authentic. We have made an infographic that contains most of the condensed information and is easy to follow. or https://imgur.com/gallery/1h5KOZi The first thing that we noticed about the picture is that the airport is unique, we didn't recognize it from V or IV. When checking the original map from Vice City, the placement of the landing strips are the same. It appears that the end of the runways toward the ocean have been shortened, with more hangars added. However, whoever created it might have done this to obscure more of the map, so we wanted more information to back it up. We found another map on Rockstar's own website from 2012, that included hangars with identical airplane placement as the screenshot. We have correlated the locations of the focal points to their approximate locations on the map. Moving onto the design of the airport, it easily fits within the context of the game. Not that it's something that's supposed to be architecturally significant, it bears an uncanny resemblance to a 1980 photo taken during a strike at Miami International. The style of the lights on the runway, a detail that would have been completely overlooked by someone without the knowledge of design history in North America, is also in a vintage style. We found a similar light on Flickr, which lists the decade as 1970s. Moving onto the planes themselves, all of the visible ones have all been decorated accurately to the 70s-80s. Some seem to match more than others (USAir graphics on the plane parked in the FlyUS bay are almost exact) but all have been redone. The most resembling plane appears to be Adios Airlines, the color and name placement are both the same between GTA V and this leak, but it too has been done differently. There has been a white stripe added that follows the body of the plane, and then continues upwards on the fin. Someone might have been skilled and knowledgeable enough to catch one of these details, but highly unlikely that they would have gotten all of them correct. Now I will address some of the concerns posted about the image, the logo placement above the hangars, the mismatched minimap, and the lights on the runway. Assuming the game is still in alpha, these are all things that would still need worked before the final release. I would guess that the Adios logo is currently upside down because these are not the final textures, as the logos don't seem to match their counterparts on the restyled planes. They are probably placeholders until the finalized versions are done, depending how early the game is in development. This also could have meant the faker wanted the picture to come across as more realistic, so they would have used the logos everyone would recognize. But why take the time and effort to redesign the planes in a lore-friendly and vintage way, then not give the same treatment to the billboards? If I were faking it, I would have made the visible logos vintage, because they are much more visible, and less likely anyone would bother to look at the graphics on the planes. The next thing I have read people disproving the image with is the mismatched location of the player on the minimap. This is good criticism, and something that I wonder about, too. I find it highly unlikely that they would be worrying about the map function this early in production, and rather, the gameplay and mechanics. The artists may not be done making the map itself, and is just a static image for now. Someone could have photoshopped it over, I agree, but I do not recognize the UI from any game, past or present. If anyone knows of a close enough example, it would be very useful in disproving the image. It's circular, in the same style as IV, but someone has taken the time to make it appear three-dimensional, and overlay the bars from an aeronautical artificial horizon. The icons also seem to be in a similar style to the ones in RDR2, which I believe would have been much harder to implement in V or IV. Another interesting note, which is much more obvious than the other small artistic details mentioned above, is the floppy disk saving icon. It's the most visible detail pointing to an 80s setting, but it too could have been overlaid onto a still image. The final major criticism seems to be the lights on the runway, which doesn't make sense to me either. Although they are an era appropriate style, it appears the closest to the ocean would clip the planes' wings when landing or launching. I don't have any rebuttal to this, and it's not something that makes any sense. It could be something that they missed, and will be changed before the final build of the game. If you made it through the wall of text, congrats, I think there's a lot of good debate in this image than what's been addressed here or anywhere else. Anyone is free to use, share, or post the infographic we made.

The whole image is a mess. The radar shows it being a runway, but it doesn't match the tarmac. One of the logos is upside down (Adios Airlines) Lamp posts along the runway/taxiway Look at the plains rudder. Why does it look like a separate part of the tail fin? It's not flush with the edge of the fin, it almost looks like a toy The plain itself bares no resemblance to a common 737 or anything fram GTA IV or V It looks like it's been squashed flat, and it's wingspan is unnaturally long. The end of a runway is meant to be clear. Instead there is a building/some kind of structure there. It's fake. And it is clearly fake. But people are so desperate, they want to believe it so hard. So trolls like these won't go away, and people will keep on believing them.

There are indeed missing traffic lights all over Little Haiti which were present in GTA: Vice City. The ones missing in your screenshot are added too.

Been wanting a topic of this sort for some time now, nice! Never bothered with matching outfits to vehicles until about a year ago, now I keep making outfits for nearly every vehicle I find myself driving for more than a joyride. He aint leaking anything, hes just sharing his own opinion on the subject! If he got here and said "guys look at this new leak, like and comment what you think" then it would be suspicious... but thats not the case!
