The second upgrade basically gives the car more power. It also increases the Top Speed and Acceleration bars inside LSC. All there is to that. Interestingly, the EMS Level 1 upgrade decreases the acceleration bar while the other 3 EMS upgrades increase it. [3/3] pic.twitter.com/HE44eZdSBc
