A friend recently got a Fugitive (I have a Felon for 4 drs as we try no to have the same vehicles). I like the way it looks, those flared arches look sexy to me and I like the clean rear end. The engine sound is also great. Although in unmodified form it is pretty slow off the mark, once it's fully tuned up it's perfectly decent for acceleration and the top speed is fine.
The real surprise for me was the handling. I expected it to be tail-happy as it's a big rwd beast, but it is very stable indeed. Even driving flat out in the rain I found it predictable and controllable, difficult to provoke it into any bad behaviour. Around the same time I got hold of a Zirconium Stratum and while these are very different cars, we have found them to be very similar in terms of performance and handling. Both are underrated and under used in my opinion.
The only negative with the Fug for me is the complete lack of visual mods (same for the Stratum). Paint wise, I think black or dark colours is the way to go.
