I would like to see a crew and individual hit list.
With all the griefing going on in free mode Rock* can give us the opportunity to police it ourselves.
With an individual hit list any player I add to my hit list will show up on the map in red. This hit list can also allow me to find and join any free mode session containing someone on my hit list.
The player will also be identified in the player list of any missions he joins.
The crew hit list would be the same but all crew members see all players on the hit list in red with crew colors outlining the circle. The crew can add users on the list with an expiration time in game days if they wish. This way members can add a person to the crew hit list for a short period of time or longer if the player was being particularly nasty.
Setting a bounty for someone that can just sit in his apartment or log off is not helpful. Allowing users to hunt down and kill players repeatedly and then leave a session is not fun for the players being killed. Allowing an organized online vigilante system will allow some players to play as heroes for the citizens of GTA and allow the murderous villains to do what they wish and suffer the consequences.
What would happen if a person could find a player on his hit list no matter what the server, could avoid playing with that same player in missions, and kick those players from missions when a second player verbally alerts the host he sees a person from his hit list in the game lobby.
Crews and individuals can rise to meet the ever growing need for justice of the innocent.
