I got the GTA 4 CE because It came with a decent amount of PHYSICAL items. Heck I still use the Lockbox to this day, I'm also a big fan of art books and the music is always a big plus. I didn't go all out for V CE because I didn't think looking at it I could justify depending that amount of money.
This is a pretty cool idea, also imagine if some of the ad's were crew recruitment for Online. Imagine similar to join the army / mod and what not. and playlist would be good idea so people could replace songs with songs they want etc etc.
So you have to get into the Barn in the middle and in one corner you will find the Coke machine a desk and 2 Large crates.
2 of you take cover behind the desk, the 3rd take cover behind the crate on the left nearest to the coke machine.
The guy on the LEFT of the desk and the guy behind the crate covers the RIGHT door
While the last guy on the RIGHT of the desk covers the LEFT.
For the first couple of round just use your pistol the enemies are simple to take down with 1/2 shots to begin with.
near the end of a few rounds there should be one guy that hides in the Bus and doesn't move...
LEAVE THIS GUY
use this time to go get the Armour and ammo since the timer between each round isn't enough time to get the Armour off the wing of the plane and some weapons further away later on.
When you get the mini gun save the ammo for the choppers... you will thank me for this as it's a breeze with the mini gun.
If you need health don't go outside...wait till the end of the round or until you KNOW this is one guy or use the coke machine at a down period.
You may need someone to run to the doors of the barn near the end of some rounds if the enemies aren't coming for you (this forces them to spawn also)
Last of all I play with my crew on headset constantly It could be down to just listening to each other and using team work but this tactics work for us and not only on this map so I hope this has helped you guys completing wave 10.
These might not be the best tactics but they work for us EVERY TIME
He's actually the leader of our crew and I'm sure he'd be willing to dish out cash to whoever asked. So far myself and another IRL friend haven't felt like it was necessary though. It's not so tough to make money through the regular methods & we're getting 500k from R* anyway so I just don't think it's needed. My mate is going to get ammo off him though and maybe I could be tempted to take a bunch of nades and sticky bombs if that's possible - those things are expensive!
Edit: Also I'm pretty sure my friend has come round to the idea of money being no object since he's been splashing out on cars and such and as far as I know he has no plans to get back to R* clarifying the situation.
I seem to be using most of my hard earned cash or Ammo and Armour for missions...So get him to help out with that
Hopefully he's not another person that thinks wealth entails buying a Adder and Painting it Chrome...
I would warn ur friend though as 22mil on a Rank 32 looks a bit suspicious...even if it was shared. Obviously someone has been using exploits possibly a friends account and wants to get rid of the cash so he doesn't get banned.
He asked them to take the money away and they replied saying something along the lines of: 'What is your problem? Do you need to be reimbursed for cash which has disappeared.'
Useless from Rockstar and he is at least on record as reporting it.
He had nothing to do with the guy that sent him the cash and says he'd prefer not to have been given such a vast sum. He is of the opinion that it ruins the fun and the sense of progression you get from gradually building up your bank balance. After all the whole point of the game / missions etc is to earn money.
Fair enough mate, In this case someone in his lobby must of selected him by mistake! That other guy must be Pissed I agree though it does take the fun out of it, I've only brought an apartment and not much else because I'm saving up for stuff and I think that's what keeps you wanting to do more missions. Also with a crew I find its more of a social chill session as well
Mines changes every time I start a new session. How I do it is by random and by chance, you'll know when your in a car for Simeon as you'll get a instant wanted level and a little S that appears at the docks.
That's OK chap. Glad this (so far) is a more mature discussion than some of the others.
As I was trying to get at, I have no gripes in people saying they prefer V, everyone is entitled to their opinion and pursue what they enjoy. I'm getting used to atm but still not loving it as I am a realist, it's just the people who say V is way more realistic than IV - that is just nonsense. Like the people who said before V's release 'ooh I saw different buildings in a screenshot = San Diego CONFIRMED'.
I really hoped R* played the middle ground and either allowed both styles of handling (code being already there and all) or made something between IV and V, which would be closest to realism, but like you say I guess most people wouldn't want that...
Exactly everyone has their own opinion and mine is from being an avid sim racer for many years.
The original Test Drive Unlimited had a Hardcore mode. Something like this would of been nice, similar to the Free Aim option in GTA V now. You would have the option too turn it on and if you do you'll be in races with racers with this turned on. Like on racing games when you turn all the assists off is the easiest way to explain it.
Have you guys just taken a vehicle and drove it through the mountains? If you have not, do it, jumping from ridge to ridge has made for some of the best times I have ever had in GTA, and I do not think it would be possible if the area was littered with trees. A baron, hilly terrain is something supposed to be just that, BARON, little to no activity.
Stop looking at it as a "strategy" of Rockstar being lazy, and start looking at it as a playground, and I assure you, you will enjoy it much more.
When the content editors drop for online and we can start making our own race tracks... oh man, the countryside is going to be SO good!
Agreed, I've already found loads of spots and ideas for some awesome racing to be had.
