Your speed dreams come true on this highway lap race track. Loop in and around the city proper with no limits on how fast you can go.
Test Lap Time
Payout possible with 2 players and near 6 minute lap
La Mesa, Strawberry, Little Seoul, Downtown, El Burro Heights, Cypress Flats, Elysian Island, Los Santos International Airport, La Puerta, La Puerta, Mirror Park, East Vinewood, Vinewood Hills, Grand Senora Desert, Ron Alternates Wind Farm, Tataviam Mountains, Palomino Highlands
Mostly Straight, turns are banked like in the German autobahn allowing players to keep their speed as fast as the game lets them. Length and scenery is quite long and varied. Racing is closer to Track Racing and speed really matters as does the ability to dodge traffic.
This race was planned out over a month ago and was quite easy to make due to how exacting i was in the pre-production. Its a fun race just to cruise in solo if you are bored. Is designed to allow max speed to be the primary factor in winning yet not be a straight line and actually loops quite a few times.
He got mad and invited me to a private chat just to tell me how i only won because i "bumped" him.
Yep. i once did in fact bump him quite a few times. several times when he suddenly cut across me (he was all over the road) and once when he braked in front of me while i was slipstreaming him...
i got suckered into a trap like turn where it looked like you could go straight and in fact could, but at the massive risks due to the terrain that it involved. so i ended up in third on the first lap and was passed by him and another. i caught up to them while they were just sitting there ( i guessing they crashed or soemthing) and passed without touching.
so long story short, end result i was first and he was second on his own race. Did he really expect there to be no one who would beat him on his own track?
lol.. the sad thing is, i never intentionally rammed him off the road, i prefer to cleanly pass because it keeps your speed up better.
lol the guy fell off the track several times on his own. probably was trying to take the turns harder than he usually would. or he was just a terrible driver. With his Chrome+Crew Carbonazzire
nothing special about this besides the guys reaction.
(i used to hunt bounties with non explosive methoids and give them the cash to speed up them getting it)
You used to give who the cash to speed up who getting what?
simply put, if i kill them and give them the bounty money, they dont have to run from random people for a game day. they can just have the money and move on.
Sounds silly but i dont like the forced PVP stuff in Free roam... but ill be dammed if i let it impact my game anymore.
It sounds like you're a jerk all around then. Some people like to actually play the game and its features, such as the bounty system--both the hunters and the hunted. You just think you're so great because you can run in and eliminate a game mechanic from their day, feeling all holy because you're doing it.
like the billions who exploit people who try and be passive? Or call in a firetruck to blast them over. the people who run passive mode players over with their cars constantly simply because of how THEY feel entitled to play. Am i not equally entitled to play in a fashion that benefits others and puts being friendly and helpful over being constantly aggressive and greedy? How about the people who freely exploited the bad sport system to land undeserving players in the bad sport lobbies?
That is what is known as a double standard.
If you are going to defend the players right to play with PVP in a constant aggressive fashion then you must also knowledge that there are those who don't want that, and will play how they want too. Even if that means hunting down bounty and giving the reward money to the victim as compensation for the kill.
Quite frankly i am tired of trying to play how i wanted too. Now i am going to play the game everyone else has been forcing on me this entire time. I have no more sympathy for this community anymore.
No more friendly crusing around the city, no more giving bounties to the guy i killed to obtain it (i used to hunt bounties with non explosive methoids and give them the cash to speed up them getting it), No more trying to use passive mode to say "hey i am friendly please dont shoot" (never worked anyways)
from now on i am going to blow up every bounty i come across just so they have to foot their own bill (nice move there Rockstar, as if the community wasnt bad enough), I am going to kill anyone who i see following behind me or anyone i see near me, no exceptions. i am going to never again not shoot anyone that gets in my line of sight if i am driving my tank (i used to never shoot players while tanking)
I think that i am going to continue randomly killing people who are waiting for a bounty to come out of an apartment... simply because those people are soooooo open to sniper fire that its too good to pass up being a dick to someone who is also a dick.
its sad that its come to this, but this games community is one of the worst i have ever encountered before. Sad considering the potential the game itself has to be fun outside of the common mindlessness that plagues online entertainment.
I think the impatience of some is killing everyone's motivation to continue playing it.
Hopefully they come out with awesome stuff, why wouldn't they considering you have a huge canvas and now they can start adding the details. Maybe it's just me, but i'm happy for it to be gradually added, keeps me interested rather than receiving it in one hit...
a big canvas with little on it isnt much of a painting.
of course that doesnt stop some posers from acting like a single line across a black background is art..
there are legit ways to make 1m+ easily in a day... your complains to me are just out of lack of experience...
its true there are lots of people who have glitched money but there are equally if not more who have not... these forums tend to spread those exploits so you hear about them constantly here.. but its likley that less than 90% of the GTA:O population has never even visited these forums....
personally i have never used any glitch or hacks... i have only made about 20m in the time it took to get 161 on one character and 69 on another. i dont live in the 400k apartment because of how many do and i personally dislike the location. as a result both characters live in the same apx 200k apartment.
i own a adder with a Black and Green paint job as well as a entity, infernus, bullet(fav super), Stinger GT, Z-type and several more common vehciles like a Sandking XL and granger, all of which have their max upgrades, and thats just my lvl 161 character... my lvl 69 is a dedicated racer so while she only has one really expensive car (entity) all her vehicles are fully upgraded save for suspension which is not fully unlocked yet on her.
My main also has a tank, Buzzard, Yacht, Limo, RV, HVY Dump. and all his weapons are maxed with extensions and have platinum paint.
Girl has not much beyond her garage... she is dedicated to racing after all.
at present i have less than 100k but still spend freely on having Pegasus deliver my tank just to have fun for a mission or having merryweather take me in their chopper to the army base for a easy jet.
there is no reason you cant get all the stuff you want.. You just have to work for it...
i will be the first to admit i have spend alot of time doing high payout missions and such to get where i currently am. hell my secondary character is barly a few days old and yet despite the fact all she does is race in what ever random race she can get (have not actually gotten in criminal records with her more than a few times...) she has without trading off wins unlocked all her vehicle mods as well and earned over a million dollars in wins.
