Back with even more information to give you guys. Have been playing around trying to make a way to earn money. About halfway the story now. And i have some new facts that i wanna share with you guys. Again, i'll hide / cover up as many spoilers as i can (didn't make none). And won't reveal anything story related.
- My number one breakthrough is that i'm stupid and came with a brilliant idea. In earlier posts i told you guys to watch for the rating system (lowest price, highest price, last price). Another add to this amazing way of investing is that you need to invest in the lowest priced stock, which for me is LFI for about $2 to $5. Also be aware that the high point sometimes can be far away in the cycle (see point 2 for what i mean with cycle). The reason for investing in the lowest funds is because you raise your money allot quicker. To illustrate this i got the following example:
Say you got 1mil to spend, the stock price is $250,00 (4k stocks). To make 1,20 million you need a raise of 20% which means the stock price has to become $300,00 (+25). Avarage raise of a stock is between 0 to 0,05(?) each minute. Best case scenario without any setbacks it takes 500 minutes to earn 200k.
Now say you got the same mil to spend, the stock price is $2,00 (500k stocks). To make 1,20 million you need a raise of 20% which means the stock price has to become $2,40 (+0,40). Same case scenario without any setbacks it takes 8 minutes to earn 200k.
- I have earlier discussed a certain formula where the companies worth is divided by the number of stocks there are in place. I have tested my theory about 5 times now and every time i see a increase of stock price when i sell and a decrease of stock price when i buy. Playing around with this with allot of reloading i noted that there is a certain raise cycle and a certain decrease cycle, maybe coded, or just good luck i really don't know. What i do know is that these appear static, with small changes by the users choice to invest or not. To illustrate this:
I had stocks of LFI on TR (Trevor) but made a great loss (200k on 600k) so i started taking notes on the current price and its flow and quicksaved each time prices went higher (used about 4 save slots to easily revert) just to see if i could lessen the damage. Saw that it was in a raising flow. Until it hit a peak of about 2,82 with moments of setbacks (sometimes $0,02 lower and then $0,04 higher until it hit its peak).
I thought i could make easy money on my other two characters by buying up the stocks and hoping it would keep a certain cycle. Reloaded and bought LFI with FR at 2,75 and with MI at 2,73. At first by buying these stocks the price lowered (about $0,20) but then it started to recover and picked up it's cycle again. But this time it made more profit. peaking at $3,15 (which to my belief is affected by the # of money invested in the company). After peaking it went down to $3,01. So i reloaded and sold MI first (since i did a quick save on this peak; 3.15 = 15,38% profit), Switched to FR and prices went to $3,22 = 17,9% profit which i sold at, price stayed at 3,22 when i switched to TR. then i sold it and lost only 80K (actually 120K profit, even though i lost cash). It became 3,24 at one point. but then started to lower just as the first time when i didn't do anything to its stocks (buy/sell). But this time, again, more effectively (but with smaller side-effect this time) lowered to $2,96 instead of $3,01 and started raising again, it's stable currently at around 3,06).
My conclusion is that there is a random cycle (increase or decrease determined), there are setbacks (sometimes $0,02 off, while still in a raise cycle and then start raising again), these cycle remain static for a certain period of time and can be used to make fast profit since these have certain peaks. Investing in stocks will intensify this effect and last but not least when investing into stocks, the lower the price of a stock is, the easier it is to multiply your investment.
Combine this with my tactics i earlier posted (around page 6 of this thread) to make some descent (which is i still find slow) money making.
Hope this helps you guys,
