I'm with Doc here. I think taking time off work for a game is a bit excessive.
And guys don't blame R* for the game not working on PS3 it was actually Sony's fault. There was an issue with PSN servers that was stopping people from getting online, so it was down to Sony not R*! Plus these people complaining about them paying for the game and it not working are technically wrong, you haven't paid for it, GTA Online is a separate product that R* are giving to owners of GTA V for free.
And I'd just like to note, money isn't everything! Just because R* made millions from GTA V doesn't mean they can guarantee perfect stability when it goes live. A game like GTA Online can't really be tested like other games, while they could of done a stress test like MMOs normally do before a big server change I'm sure there was a good reason why they didn't.
