I had a real nightmare driving any vehicle in IV when I first played it a few years ago. I was dreading the racing missions because I was hopeless at all the racing events in the PS2 era games.
However, once I discovered that there was an option to switch to Classic controller configuration using the face buttons instead of the triggers for acceleration and braking, I found the races and in-mission chases in IV to be much easier. After I switched the configuration, I found myself winning the races on my first try.
It might be worthwhile to not even try winning the races the first time you try them, just follow the other racers familiarise yourself with the race circuit.
So it's just me and my 10 year old...does anyone have some suggestions for some cool codes or stuff I can show her before we get GTA V tommorrow and this game ends up collecting dust? I'm not much of a gamer, but if it helps to get some good tips I'm a super cute MILF. Just sayin'.
You want to expose your 10 year-old daughter to the content of GTA V? Seriously? I suggest you don't do quite a number of missions in her presence. It's one thing allowing a minor to mess around in free roam, driving around and such, but do you really want to expose her to spoiler ahead
graphic sexual scenes and interactive sadistic torture
Perhaps you should check out some of the videos on Youtube before you buy the game.
