Also, just to add... I actually love online, used to play CoD non-stop, I don't believe it belongs in a GTA game though, unless it was done exactly like IV's.

Even though personally I'm not really into online gaming, I'm totally fine with online gaming being a major feature in games that are actually very much suited to it (e.g. COD, Battlefield etc ).
But when it's forced upon a game that clearly is not suited it in the case of GTA, that is where problems begin to arise. Because Rockstar tried to be far too ambitious with the online mode of GTA V, and it ended up with them knowingly or unknowingly overlooking aspects of the SP that would have bettered the experience. On top of that, it created many technical problems in the MP itself, and the online apsect of V was not the flying success that they hoped for. Simple reason, is the fact that GTA is not primed for online MP, that is not where it shines the best. V should have kept the online MP mode a simple and straight forward system like it was in GTA IV.
It's pretty crap to see games have online that just shouldn't have it, Tomb Raider is another example. I just hope that developers stop doing it but it's going to be hard, I mean you know yourself, even the majority on this forum love the online, I just don't get it.
From what I see since I've been on these forums, I would not say a majority on here love online MP in GTA V the most, I would say a majority of GTA fans here are more for the SP. Many people on here are very pissed off that SP kinda got neglected features-wise compared to MP. GTA gamers that are more into MP are less in number on here, but they are definitely a very vocal minority.
