soldado is a world class player and a top notch penalty taker, he will only get better at penalties this season and will show why tottenham spent 20 million on him. all tottenham have to do is give him a dead ball and he is deadly (provided it is a penalty) and he is bound to score. the way he runs up is fantastic, a piece of sporting brilliance, soon followed by his precision placement. he will want to show his fantastic penalty skills on the CL stage so tottenham will need to improve to fulfill his ambition of scoring a penalty at every f*cking european ground.
but you don't just spend 20m and get a world class penalty taker, you get a great kickoff taker, someone who can calmly play a ball to his partner and get the game back under way after a goal has been conceded (his performance at man city displayed his great kickoff taking)
my tip for man utd on saturday would be watch out for soldado when a penalty is going to be taken, or when a kickoff is going to go underway. otherwise tbh he is pretty sh*t and looks like almunia on crack
Lol, who's talking, a fan of the club that haven't won anything in f*cking eight years.
as opposed to tottenham who haven't won anything other than the league cup since 1991 and who made a dvd for a 4-4 draw against us in 2008. please, for your own sake don't enter an argument with me, you've embarrassed yourself enough.
That awkward moment when you realise that Spurs won the League Cup in 1999 and 2008
400+ hours of gameplay is more disgraceful than being a glitcher/hacker.
I dont see what is disgraceful about that to be honest. He bought the game and can play as much as he likes.
Plus you ever heard of the expression 'pot calling the kettle black', it applies with you in this instance.
You almost have 4,000 posts and you have been here less than two months.
I personally are not bothered if you like to post alot as its your choice, but its also his choice to play GTA as much as he likes. Nobody should judge anyone else because they have played a game alot more than they would think is necessary.
The only person i have come across so far that has annoyed me is a person i was racing against. We where racing the criminal records circuit and he had his friend who was the host and they were putting the settings to suit them as they had custom motorcycles, so it was virtually impossible for me to beat this guy who had a custom Akuma against my stock Akuma. We raced about 4 times and everytime he was talking about how good he was, how clean a driver he was, no one can beat him etc. After about 4 races i somehow became the host. I decided to make things a bit more even by taking off the custom vehicle option and changing from motorcycles to super cars. We raced and because someone crashed into him he went on a tirade at me about how i didn't know how to host etc, and he decided to leave immediatley.
This type of person annoys me the most when they think they are better than everyone evn though they have a slight advantage over the rest of us and when the playing field is leveled they cant win any more so they just decide to quit.
This is the way racing has always been in GTA and will be until R* decide to change it. It seems to happen more in GTA V than it did in GTA IV but that is due to people having catchup or or due to the slipstreaming. Getting pitted etc like i said will never change but imo it will get better alot of people start playing CoD: Ghosts or get PS4's etc.
One of the very few things right about GTA5 driving is the geatway being dependant on the throttle position. Avoiding wheelspin with partial throttle inputs instead of full gas is actually faster of the line this time, which is great.
But this start boost thing wrecks it. You should remove it.
I´m gobsmacked at the approach to racing you took in this game. If the core handling being sh*t wasn´t enough, you add unrealistic splisptream (impossible to turn off), start boost...
You should have used common sense and added a hardcore option for racing. With all these silly things off, longer races of several laps, only good circuits like Vinewood Nights... Hey, maybe racing wouldn´t be pointless like that, and you´d get people racing for fun too and not only to get easy RP and money!
Cater us racers, please!! Give as an option to enjoy proper racing without this stupid stuff in the way.
I dont mind the boost starts to be honest. Is it realistic? Not really but it is very easy to do and pretty much anyone can do them, plus that being said they dont really give you a advantage anyway, as people easily catch back up to you by the first corner wheter they boost started or not.
As for hardcore racing? I dont think we have ever had that in a GTA game and never will to be honest. Thats whats Gran Tursimo and similar games are for. When i am hosting i like to use what i consider more true racing based settings 2 - 3 laps atleast, depending on the track. Catchup off, no traffic etc. Plus you said it should be on good tracks like Vinewood Nights but different tracks suit different people and just because you like certain tracks doesn't mean the rest of the people who like to race alot agree.
