CHEATS DO NOT PREVENT OBTAINING 100% COMPLETION STATISTICS. IT IS HOWEVER NOT ADVISED TO SAVE AFTER USING CHEATS AS SOME CANNOT BE TURNED OFF AND MAY HAVE OTHER DETRIMENTAL EFFECTS ON GAMEPLAY. IGNORANCE/DISAGREEMENT TO TO THIS FACT WILL LEAVE YOU LOOKING LIKE A FREAKING IDIOT.

PC Cheats

NB: These cheats can be entered at the pause menu. Hit ESC and type them in to avoid any unwanted functions from key-presses.

Cheat CodeEffect
ANICESETOFWHEELSMake all vehicles completely see through except for their wheels. You can still see the people driving it, so it's kind of freaky. Funny animations though. Good luck guessing what car you're jacking.
BANGBANGBANGBlows up all vehicles in the computer's memory. This includes any mission specific cars like 8Ball's Kuruma in the beginning. This means it can be dangerous. It can also be an ultra-blessing. With this, you can pass missions such as Pump-Action Pimp, Farewell Chunky Lee Chong, Taking Out The Laundry, Bling-Bling Scramble, Paparazzi Purge, Two-Faced Tanner, Silence The Sneak, Gone Fishing, and Vigilante with dramatically increased ease.
CHITTYCHITTYBBVehicles behave like Dodos to a certain extent. Cars feel like they float. While in air, you can use rudder-like commands to half-way steer. Can be used in conjunction with CORNERSLIKEMAD to span long distances like the destroyed Callahan bridge for example.
CORNERSLIKEMADAll vehicles experience incredibly accurate steering with no traction loss or sliding. Also, pressing horn makes your car jump. Use this in conjunction with CHITTYCHITTYBB to span even longer distances with your jumps.
GESUNDHEITCompletely heals you. If you're in a car, it completely heals your car too. This can be very handy during missions where you need to stay in the same vehicle such as Paramedic, Taxi Driver, the off-road missions, Big N Veiny, Salvatore's Called A Meeting, Waka-Gashira Wipeout, and Marked Man.
GIVEUSATANKSpawns a Rhino nearby. The game treats Rhinos made in this way differently from any other vehicle in the game. It almost never forgets them even when you save. If you spawn a lot of them this way, the game will focus so much on them that it will not spawn regular traffic or will at a greatly reduced number. This is referred to as the multiple tank cheat. You can clear the streets this way for missions where you need empty roads like Turismo. Also makes it so that law enforcement has a harder time tracking you due to lack of vehicles. Use BANGBANGBANG to erase the tanks from memory.
GUNSGUNSGUNSGives you each weapon in the game. Great when you just feel like goofing off. If you keep typing GUNS, it will count as the full cheat entered starting with the 3rd time. Just in case the normal amount of ammo isn't good enough for you.
IFIWEREARICHMANGives you $250g. Money is almost irrelevant in GTA3, so this is really no big deal.
ILIKEDRESSINGUPChanges you to another random ped in the game. Using this, you can play as anybody. You just might have to take some time since it is totally random.
ILIKESCOTLANDChanges the weather to fog level 1.
ILOVESCOTLANDChanges the weather to fog level 1 and makes it rain.
ITSALLGOINGMAAADWARNING: THIS CHEAT IS IRREVERSIBLE. DO NOT SAVE WITH THIS CHEAT ENABLED OR IT ALWAYS WILL BE IN THE GAME. Makes all the peds attack the nearest person. Pretty funny to watch and challenging to try to play the game through with. For added fun, also use WEAPONSFORALL.
MADWEATHERMakes the time of day fly by. Useful for getting to times when Marty or Joey are available or to jump start Sayonara Salvatore.
MOREPOLICEPLEASERaises your wanted level by 2 stars. Cannot exceed limitations of 4 stars on Portland, 5 in Staunton, and 6 in SSV. Can be useful if you want to ensnare an FBI Car, Rhino, or Barracks OL.
NOBODYLIKESMEWARNING: THIS CHEAT IS IRREVERSIBLE. DO NOT SAVE WITH THIS CHEAT ENABLED OR IT ALWAYS WILL BE IN THE GAME. Makes all peds want to kill you. Useless cheat unless you're looking for a way to make the game a LOT more challenging.
CANTSEEATHINGFoggy Weather
NOPOLICEPLEASEResets your wanted level to 0. Very handy code indeed. Cannot be used to override mandatory wanted level in Decoy.
PEASOUPSets the weather to fog level 3.
SKINCANCERFORMEResets wether to sunny and clear. Very useful if you're on a driving mission and it starts raining.
TIMEFLIESWHENYOUSpeeds up the game speed. This is not cumulative like in the PS2 version. Nor is it reversible until you load after a save.
TURTOISESets your armor level to 100. Almost as useful as GESUNDHEIT. It is rumored that if you have the 1.1 patch installed that the code becomes TORTOISE. I've tried this and have not seen it work.
WEAPONSFORALLGives all peds weapons. If you then kill them, you can just take their weapons. Can make the game interesting.
Special thanks to Demarest for the cheat descriptions. Be sure to visit his GTAIII website!

Bus
Can be most commonly found in the Aspatria/Rockford vicinities on Staunton island. It can also be found in the Chinatown vicinity in Portland.

FBI
The only way to obtain one of these vehicles is to reach a wanted level of 5 stars. Afterwards, FBI agents will begin to chase you in black Kurumas. Be very careful when trying to car-jack one of these, as each FBI carries 4 heavily armed agents.

Flatbed
Can be most commonly found in the Aspatria/Rockford vicinities on Staunton island. It can also be found in the Chinatown vicinity in Portland.

Mr. Whoopee
Can only be found in the Cedar Grove vicinity in Shoreside Vale. Usually driving a Moonbeam will make it appear.

RC Car
Can only be driven when you enter a "Toyz" van. They are used as bombcars for gangcar destruction games.

Hoods Rumpo XL
Can easily be found in the Wichita Gardens vicinity in Shoreside Vale.

Securicar
Can most commonly be found in any district on Staunton Island. There is no sure way to make them appear.

Diablo Stallion
Can easily be found in the Hepburn Heights vicinity in Portland.

Stretch
Can be found in any district on both Staunton and Shoreside Vale. Usually appears if you drive around in a rare vehicle like an Infernus or Cheetah.

Trashmaster
Can be found most commonly in any district on Staunton Island. It can also be found in various districts on Portland Island.

Yardie Lobo
Can easily be found in the Newport vicinity on Staunton Island.

BP/DP/EP/FP V E H I C L E S

KEY:
BP = Bullet Proof (Bullets will not damage vheicle.)
DP = Damage Proof (Doesn't damage out, doesn't take appearance damage.)
EP = Explosion Proof (Grenades/Rockets/Explosions will not damage vehicle.)
FP = Flame Proof (Molotovs, Flamethrower will not damage vehicle.)

BARRACKS OL
Can be obtained when playing the "Arms Shortage" mission from Ray. During
the mission, the vehicle will be BP. It will be normal before and after the
mission.

BOBCAT
You can obtain a BP/EP/FP Bobcat in the "Evidence Dash" mission from Ray.
During the mission, the Bobcat that has the mission packages is BP/EP/FP.
Flip the Bobcat over then push it to your hideout. Don't worry about the
rest of the packages, as the game will generate another bobcat in town.

CHEETAH
You can obtain a BP/EP/FP Cheetah in the "Turismo" mission from El Burro.
During the race, flip over one of the cheetahs than push it to your garage.
(Special thanks to King_Vensfield of the Gamefaq community.)

PATRIOT
You will obtain a BP Patriot after completing the "Marked Man" mission from
Ray.

SECURICAR
You can obtain a BP securicar in the "Van Heist" mission from Joey Leone.
After damaging the vehicle, drive it to your hideout, and blow it up in your
garage.

SECURICAR
You can obtain an EP securicar in the "Escort Service" mission from Donald
Love. Shoot the vehicle to blow it up, then push it to your garage.

STRETCH
You can obtain a BP/DP/EP/FP Stretch in the "Salvatores called a meeting"
from Toni. Once you visit Toni, then head to Joeys but DON'T go into the
blue field. Instead, park a vehicle near the wall on the side of the
building, then enter the speed-up cheat code, then run between the vehicle
and the wall, this will cause you to walk-through the wall. Then enter the
Stretch and backup into the blue field, the vehicle will regerate.
Afterwards, drive it to your Staunton hideout by flying over the Callahan
bridge. Head to 8-Ball's bombshop, rig the car with a timer bomb, then
activate the car-bomb in your garage and leave, don't let the door shut!
After the vehicle explodes, walk out letting the door shut, so the vehicle
regenerates.

TRASHMASTER (unofficial)
You can obtain a BP Trashmaster in the "Blow fish" mission from Toni.
Once you jack it in Harwood, try to fly over the Callahan bridge, than
place it in your garage. There is a timer, so time is of the essence.

(d) O N E - T I M E - O N L Y V E H I C L E S

MAFIA LIMOUSINE
You will only see this vehicle in the "Salvatore has called a meeting" and
"Drive Maria for me" missions. The Stretch limousine comes in solid black.
These are the only times you will see this particular color for the Stretch.
Colors for the original Stretch include; White, Grey, and Dark Grey.

MAFIA RUMPO
The only time this vehicle will ever show it's face in the streets of Liberty
City is in the "Under Surveillance" mission from Asuka. The Rumpo is black
and is parked in the Bedford Point district. To obtain this vehicle, simply
drive up to it, get out of your vehicle. The mafia will do the same, shoot
them then jack their Rumpo.

MARTY CHONK'S SENTINEL
Nothing special about this vehicle, but if you immediately run from the
vehicle after hitting triangle to get out, the door won't shut, and you can
get back in. After getting back in, the doors will lock. It's sorta funny
watching the cops, thieves, or even hookers trying to open the locked doors.

DEAD SKUNK IN TRUNK MANANA
You will see this vehicle in the "Dead Skunk in the trunk" mission from Joey
Leone. The objective is to jack a Manana near Greasy Joey's Cafe with a
dead body in the trunk. Upon jacking the car, two Forelli brother's
Sentinels will chase you. You'll only see this car during this mission.

GHOST MISSING
Not a vehicle I recommend putting in your garage, but in a mission from Ray,
the objective is to murder a fellow cop. He will be near the Lighthouse in
Portland in a blue-greenish boat called "Ghost Missing". The vehicle is
identical to the "Reefer", only there is no interior.

D-ICE'S INFERNUS
Pretty much the same as Marty's Sentinel. After the mission is complete,
just run from the vehicle when exiting, so the door doesn't shut, then hop
back in. The doors will lock, and noone can open them, not even cops.

V E H I C L E Q A N D A

QUESTION:
Where can I find a full-wing dodo? I saw one flying in the sky, can I shoot
it down and boost it? What about the full-wing Dodo that lands on the
Francis Intl Airport runway in one of Asuka's missions?

ANSWER:
The full-wing Dodo is not available as a player vehicle, consider yourself
lucky that Rockstar even gave us the clipped Dodo after the terrorist
attacks. The Dodo flying in the sky can be shot down, you can even fly
through it if you mastered flying the clipped Dodo. After you blowup the
Dodo in one of Asuka's missions, the damage model is of the clipped Dodo.
Another thing to keep in mind, a full-wing Dodo would be far to large
to fit in any of your garages, so there's no point in having it in the game.

= = = = =

QUESTION:
Where is the Maibotsu Monstrosity, it has to exist. They even have a picture
of it on their website and in the instruction manual. There's even
advertisement ads about it in the GTA3 radio stations!

ANSWER:
Sorry, doesn't exist. Many lamers on GTA3 messages boards claim to have
found it, but those claimees are usually kids that haven't reached puberty
and their brains haven't begun to function properly. The vehicle in the
instruction manual is actually the "Landstalker". The website picture is
nothing more than a toy RC car with "Monstrosity" written on the side.

= = = = =

QUESTION:
Where can I find an Esperanto with front-wheel Hydraulics? I saw a video
clip of it at Gamespot.

ANSWER:
Another vehicle that doesn't exist or at least not in the final version of
GTA3. This vehicle was in the beta version of GTA3, but was removed from the
final. My best guess is, that it was decided to leave the Esperanto as a
normal vehicle, and create a gang-car with all wheel hydraulics, thus, the
Yardie Lobo.

= = = = =

QUESTION:
Where's the white Banshee? In the GTA3 commercials, it show's a white
Banshee jumping the El-train Walkway in Portland.

ANSWER:
Actually, it looked like a white Yakuza Stinger. Because the body model was
the Stinger, but it had a spoiler, in which only the Yakuza gang-cars have
them. This was probably a beta edition of the Stinger, which not only a
white paint scheme, but also a spoiler on the trunk lid.

= = = = =

QUESTION:
In the instruction manual, it shows pictures of blue and white Police cars.
How come the ones in-game are black and white?

QUESTION:
Liberty City was supposed to be based off of New York City, so the Police
cars were originally painted with NYC style paint schemes. However, after
the Terrorist Attack in NYC, Rockstar thought it would be in their best
interest to give them the traditional black and white paint schemes. The
vehicles still have Vector light bars though.

= = = = =

QUESTION:
Where can I find the BF Injection? I went to Hepburn Heights, but it wasn't
anywhere in site.

ANSWER:
Inorder for the BF Injection, which is just a Dune Buggy, to showup, you
must have completed the "Sayanora Salvatore" mission from Asuka. Then the
vehicle will show-up in Hepburn Heights Park between the hours of 1900-400.

= = = = =

QUESTION:
Where's the Borgnine Taxi? How do I get it?

Answer:
The Borgnine Taxi will be parked at the Borgnine Taxi's building in Harwood.
Inorder to obtain this vehicle, you must have 100 non-consecutive cab fares.

= = = = =

QUESTION:
I've heard rumors about a lightless taxi (Has no light on roof). Does it
really exist?

ANSWER:
Yes it does! There have been several unedited proof screen captures of this
mysterious vehicle, even AlienLX obtained one. Alot of people think we are
mistaking it for a yellow Sentinel, but come on you guys. Any idiot could
tell the difference between the Sentinel and Taxi.

QUESTION:
Can I fly the Helicopters?

ANSWER:
No! They are merely decoration to the game. If you were allowed to pilot
them, don't you think they would have interiors and officers inside of them
instead of being a solid object like it is?..

First, let me describe minor vrs. major colorations, which I will be reffering to a lot. Lets take the Banshee. Most of it is covered by a solid color, and the small area is the white stripe. The majority coloration of a car is referred to its Major Color. And the minority coloration is its Minor Color. So when looking at cars, keep that in mind.  Note that almost 99% of the time, the largest color that covers the car is the major color.

Knowing this, we can make many color-changes with the code in the section below. When changing colors, the major color always goes to the major color, and minor to the minor color. Soo lets say we have a Banshee. We want it to be white with a teal stripe. So white will be major and teal is minor. Now, go find a car that has those attributes. The Mr. Whoopee is a perfect example. Put the Whoopee in your garage, and then use the code. Tada! The colors switched perfectly. Use this to help you decide how to get good coloration swaps. And always look out for the bumber, or the lower area of a car. That is usually gray, and is a minor color that people miss.

::The Codes

This whole thing isn't as complicated as it may seem.

Here is a small FAQ for those that are confused or don't know. This info is off random topics, and the GFCC FAQ. You enter the code into your GS2 or Codebreaker, then press a button command to make that car appear in your garage. If there was a car in the garage before-hand, then the new spawned car will take on its color. Here are the codes:

The codes are for the USA version. If you live in Europe or Australia, then use the PAL codes.
Cars in Portland Garage (Note, this garage is small!;)
0cc70ee6 1456xxxx (PAL Territory : 0CC7FBE6 1456xxxx or 0CC621e6 1456xxxx)
3CF2F7C8 1456E7?? (PAL Territory: 3CF20AC8 1456E7A5)
Cars in Staunton Island Garage (note, this is the largest garage)
0cc70ee6 1456xxxx (PAL Territory: 0CC7FBE6 1456xxxx or 0CC621e6 1456xxxx)
3CF2F6B8 1456E7?? (PAL Territory: 3CF20DB8 1456E7A5)
Cars in Shoreside Vale Garage
0cc70ee6 1456xxxx (PAL Territory: 0CC7FBE6 1456xxxx or 0CC621e6 1456xxxx)
3CF2F9A8 1456E7?? (PAL Territory: 3CF20CA8 1456E7A5)
The ?? being the car type:

97 = BF Injection
96 = Mr. Whoopee
95 = Bobcat
94 = Banshee
93 = Securicar
92 = Enforcer
91 = Police
90 = Barracks OL

Notes
-A two-colored car can be changed into two colors by another car.
-A two-colored car can be changed into one color by a one colored car.
-A One-colored car cannot be changed into a 2 colored car.
-When you change two colors of a car, there is a major color, and minor color. The main color is major, the minor one is smaller. Like the Stripe on a Banshee is minor. Saying that, when changing a two-colored car into 2 more colors, the major will overwrite the major color, and the minor color overwrites the minor color.
-When you have a one colored car, but use a two-colored car to change its color it will take on the major coloration.
-BP abilites trasfer car-to-car
-The horn, siren, texture, speed, ect. will not tranfer to other cars.
-The Dodo, Tank, and Cop Car cannot change colors, but the cop car can be used as the basis to change another car to be like it.
-You need the (M) Must be On ode for the codes to work.
-Some cars can glitch rarely, like the BP Ability.
-These have not corrupted a single mem card or game yet.
-The coloration can be saved.
-The Spray-shop will not color your car to be like the codes

If the door shuts, it stays locked.
Make sure when you exit the vehicle, that your character does not shut the door.

The worst part is that if you put the vehicle in your garage, the locking mechanism will vanish.  It doesn't retain like a BP quality.

:lies:  The Mr. Wongs truck isn't rare. Remember that mission where you had to go pick up a package in an alley-way and you get jumped by like 9 triads or so? Yeah, that's where I found a Mr. Wongs while playing the game earlier. It's not that rare.

I've opened this topic temporarily for the sake of those interested in posting/reading XBox cheats. I was going to delete all posts in this thread that didn't help it, but I'll leave them. I WILL however delete any posts after this one that does not pertain to additional codes/cheats. If such activity gets out of hand, it will be locked again. This is a pinned topic that many will find helpful, so let's keep it that way smile.gif Enjoy.

Thanks to Chrystle for pointing out that the PC cheats were absent. Here they are as described on my website:

ANICESETOFWHEELS - Make all vehicles completely see through except for their wheels. You can still see the people driving it, so it's kind of freaky. Funny animations though. Good luck guessing what car you're jacking.
BANGBANGBANG - Blows up all vehicles in the computer's memory.

CHITTYCHITTYBB - Vehicles behave like Dodos to a certain extent. Cars feel like they float. While in air, you can use rudder-like commands to half-way steer. Can be used in conjunction with CORNERSLIKEMAD to span long distances like the destroyed Callahan bridge for example.

CORNERSLIKEMAD - All vehicles experience incredibly accurate steering with no traction loss or sliding. Also, pressing horn makes your car jump. Use this in conjunction with CHITTYCHITTYBB to span even longer distances with your jumps.

GESUNDHEIT - Completely heals you.

GIVEUSATANK - Spawns a Rhino nearby.

GUNSGUNSGUNS - Gives you each weapon in the game. Great when you just feel like goofing off. If you keep typing GUNS, it will count as the full cheat entered starting with the 3rd time. Just in case the normal amount of ammo isn't good enough for you.

IFIWEREARICHMAN - Gives you $250g. Money is almost irrelevant in GTA3, so this is really no big deal.

ILIKEDRESSINGUP - Changes you to another random ped in the game. Using this, you can play as anybody. You just might have to take some time since it is totally random.

ILIKESCOTLAND - Changes the weather to fog level 1.

ILOVESCOTLAND - Changes the weather to fog level 1 and makes it rain.

ITSALLGOINGMAAAD - WARNING: THIS CHEAT IS IRREVERSIBLE.

MADWEATHER - Makes the time of day fly by. Useful for getting to times when Marty or Joey are available or to jump start Sayonara Salvatore.

MOREPOLICEPLEASE - Raises your wanted level by 2 stars. Cannot exceed limitations of 4 stars on Portland, 5 in Staunton, and 6 in SSV. Can be useful if you want to ensnare an FBI Car, Rhino, or Barracks OL.

NOBODYLIKESME - WARNING: THIS CHEAT IS IRREVERSIBLE. DO NOT SAVE WITH THIS CHEAT ENABLED OR IT ALWAYS WILL BE IN THE GAME. Makes all peds want to kill you. Useless cheat unless you're looking for a way to make the game a LOT more challengin.

NOPOLICEPLEASE - Resets your wanted level to 0. Very handy code indeed. Cannot be used to override mandatory wanted level in Decoy.

PEASOUP - Sets the weather to fog level 3.

SKINCANCERFORME - Resets wether to sunny and clear. Very useful if you're on a driving mission and it starts raining.

TIMEFLIESWHENYOU - Speeds up the game speed. This is not cumulative like in the PS2 version. Nor is it reversible until you load after a save.

TURTOISE - Sets your armor level to 100. Almost as useful as GESUNDHEIT. It is rumored that if you have the 1.1 patch installed that the code becomes TORTOISE. I've tried this and have not seen it work.

WEAPONSFORALL - Gives all peds weapons. If you then kill them, you can just take their weapons. Can make the game interesting.

I want to add one additional comment: I picked up a current newstand mag; Cheater's Handbook PS2 codes for 2004.
This is put out by PSM which I think others have commented about before here, Seems I've found R1 listed here was printed as a LEFT arrow/directional in the magazine. This causes problems over regular (<-) directionals when needed.

I wrote them into my copy from here as I was trying to no avail to test some.
Seems any newstand magazines with errors like this can cause many headaches and problems for the countless purchasers.

I, myself, would have done well to have read more of the already covered subjects...time doesn't always allot.

Do you enter these codes at any time during gameplay or is there a better way (in the case of flubbing the entry and starting over or avoiding a wrong move)? Also, with BP/EP/FP vehicles during missions, if you flip them over, won't they still blow up? Can't you drive to a garage and then push the vehicle in w/o flipping?

Bill

The cheats can be entered anytime. If you go to the pause menu, you can enter them in uninterrupted. A vehicle with special immunities will always blow up within a few seconds. Yes pushing the corpse into one of YOUR garages will salvage it; you have to utilize that technique to capture half of them as it is tounge.gif

Here are the special cars in liberty city. They have special abilities which are in stars. Please enjoy them. If there are any that i have missed please pm them to me and i will add them.

Key:
Bulletproof(Yellow)
Fireproof.(red)
Explosion proof(green)
Indistructable unless flipped upside down(orange)

The Securicar from Van Heist
*bulletproof
After you get the Securicar durring Van Heist drive it to your Portland save house. Park it in your garage and hit it with another car until it blows up. Or drive it to the beach and slowly back it in the water until it floats for a second and fails the mission and then take it to your save house. You fail the mission but get a bulletproof transport for up to 4 people.

The Cheetah from Turismo
*bulletproof
* fireproof
* explosion-proof
Be sure that there are no cars stored at your Portland save house. Start the mission from El Burro called "Turismo" go to the start line in a large truck. (I find a Barracks OL perfect for the job) Instead of starting the race from the blue blip Head in the opposite direction and hit one of your fellow racers on your way past them in the other direction. Drive back to the opening to your save house and park so that you block the road right in front of your alley. The other racers should come along going the wrong way on a one way road at about 100 seconds into the race. Force at least one of them into the alley of your save house. With any luck you will get him to drive right into your garage but you may have to flip his car upside down...at any rate if the car goes in the garage it becomes yours...You may have to push it in...but thats one easy fast bulletproof car...and renewable because the "Turismo" mission is always there. I recomend getting this car after you get the Bobcat on Staunton Island for storage purposes.

You can also use a Rhino instead of the Barracks OL and simply run into one of the Cheetahs blowing it up. Then push the wreckage into the garage and wait for the race to end before letting the door close.

The Stretch from Salvatore's Called a Meeting
*indestructible unless flipped upside down
This requires cheats. Even if you don't like to use cheats I recomend letting go of your morals just long enough to get this car...It's awesome. After accepting the mission from Tony drive to Joeys Garage. Instead of going to the blue blip park your car around the corner as close to the garage as you can get it. (note that if you go to the blip and end up in the Strech it is merely a black Strech with no special abilities) Now enter the "Speed Up Time" cheat (triangle, up, right, down, square, L1, L2). Run between your car and the building and eventually you'll find yourself in a laong room inside the garage. Enter the "Slow Down Time" cheat (triangle, up, right, down, square, R1, R2). Go to either end of the room and walk trough the inside wall. You should find yourself in the garage area that you see when you take missions for Joey. The Strech is parked in there. Jump in and back straight up. The car will flip through a strange area and land on its wheels behind the garage. Get the car equiped with a bomb from 8-Ball. Drive to the bridge and enter the Dodo cheat (right, R2, circle, R1, L2, down, L1, R1). Get a running start and use the cars flying ability to fly across the gap in the bridge. Now enter the Dodo cheat again to remove it. Take your car to either your garage in Staunton Island or Shoreside Vale and park in the garage. Now activate the bomb and get out. After the car blows up allow the garage door to close and the car will be restored and you will have failed the mission. You can get as many as you like but you will always fail the mission when you get one. I like to have three of them. Another forum claims that you can't save the Strech in the garage at Portland but it's not true. You have to park the car at an angle and then get in another car so the garage door will close before you save.

You can also fail the mission by backing the Strech slightly into the water at the beach...just far enough that a wave causes it to float for a second. Then drive out really fast and you can skip the bomb.

The Trashmaster from Blow Fish
*bulletproof
* fireproof
*explosion-proof
You need to be able to keep the Trashmaster with you through "Final Requests" and leave it at the dock below the bridge. In which case you can retrieve it before saving after "Final Requests" and take it to your save house on Staunton Island. You should wait as long as possible before accepting the Blow Fish mission so that you have only to keep the Trashmaster for the last two missions for Salvatore and for the time when yopu actually finish this mission. Accept the mission Blow Fish from Tony. Then drive down to 8 Balls and pick up the Trashmaster. It's rigged to blow so you'll have to drive somewhat safely. Follow the blip on the map until you get to the Supa Save. Turn in and keep to the right. Follow the alley to the grass area and turn right. You should be at the beach. Now turn the Trashmaster so you can back it into the water. Watch from one of your side views and slowly back into the water until a wave causes the Trashmaster to float for a second. As soon as you see the Mission Failed notice hit the gas and drive forward out of the water. Take the Trashmaster to the Pay and Spray and it should disarm the Bomb. Now go back and accept the Blow Fish mission again. Drive YOUR Trashmaster to 8 Balls to pick up the new Trashmaster. Drive the new Trashmaster to the Fish Factory and blow it up. Now that the mission is over RUN ,don't drive, run back to 8 Balls where the Trashmaster that you got before is still waiting for you. Just two more missions before you can save. Durring Bomb da Base park the Trashmaster as close to the Cartel Cruisers as you can then lure the two Cartel guys to the stairway to the roof where you shoot from. They will keep trying to get you and not notice when 8-Ball slips by. After killing all the Cartel guys on the ship using the sniper rifle jump off the roof and get into the Trashmaster while 8-Ball finishes the job. Then all that's left is Final Requests. For that mission just drive directly to the dock and meet Maria. You can go by way of the Pay and Spray if you want to repair any damage that may have happened in the previous mission. After the mission ends and you are at Azukas place run down to the dock and grab the Speeder. Take it back to the dock where you left the Trashmaster and it will be there waiting for you. Now the bridge has been repaired so you can just drive the Trashmaster to your hideout on Staunton Island and save it in the garage there.

Alternatively you can put the Trashmaster away as soon as you get it by using the Dodo cheat (right, R2, circle, R1, L2, down, L1, R1). You can fly the Trashmaster to Staunton Island after failing the mission and save the Trashmaster in that garage. I don't recomend this method because the Trashmaster flys like a brick and nine times outa ten you'll end up in the water below the bridge.

The Barracks OL from Arms Shortage
*bulletproof
Durring the mission "Arms Shortage" Phil needs help defending his yard from the Columbians. Go to the yard and start the mission. Once the mission starts the bulletproof Barracks OL in the yard becomes unlocked. Take this truck to your hideout on Staunton Island and stash it in the garage. Now go back and kill the Columbians. Notice that there is another Barracks OL in the yard now but this one is not bulletproof. You can get multiple bulletproof Barracks OLs by failing the mission and starting over again. However you will only ever have room for two of them in your garages.

The Bobcat from Evidence Dash (bulletproof, fireproof, explosion-proof)
Durring the mission "Evidence Dash" You chase a Bobcat and knock documents out of it. Cause the bobcat to flip over and you will get a notice that that truck was a decoy but instead of going to the next truck push this truck back to your save house in Staunton Island. Get it into the garage and it's yours...Not an easy task when you have two or three stars in your wanted level...This one took me a long time to get. A Bobcat is pretty easy to flip over but as soon as you hit this one you get a wanted level. I got it by forcing it into the alley of my save house on Staunton Island using a Barracks OL. I eventually got it to flip over and brought down my wanted level with the police bribes in the alley. then I had to push it all the way into the garage. I had to drive one of my special cars (the Bulletproof Barracks OL) and leave another special car outside the garage in the alleyway so that the door to the garage would open to push the Bobcat in. Once it was in I could then force the other two cars back into the garage and save the game but the cars have to be arranged just right to fit all four in at the same time. It took several hours for me to get this to work right but indeed I got the damned thing in the end. This one is not a car for the impatient.

Using cheats you can get this car more easily. Start the mission. Spawn a Rhino to use for the mission. Pull your Barracks OL out of the Staunton garage and park in a corner inside your alley out of the way (it will stay there for the rest of the mission) Now get back into the Rhino and chase down the Bobcat. Run into the Bobcat and it explodes. You pass the mission and then you just have to push the Bobcats wreckage back to your garage and push it in. This is all very easy with the Rhino. Let the door close to the garage and get out of your Rhino. Park the Bobcat as close to the Trashmaster as you can. Then back your Barracks OL back in beside the other two cars. It may bang them up a bit but that's ok because they are in the garage. Get out of the Barracks OL and let the garage door close. When the door opens again you'll find that the cars are repaired and straightened out in the garage.

The Patriot from Marked Man
*bulletproof
This is the Patriot that you get access to at the end of "Marked Man". It is in a lock-up with a bunch of weapons. After you get Ray to the Airport he gives you the key to the lockup. The lockup is near the Calahan Bridge on Staunton Island.
