Hey all,

I have known for a long time that there are a couple wheel mods at LSC that are taken from real-life counterparts--just like the cars in this game have their own real-life equivalents. Here are the two I know of for sure. What are some other wheels in this game that are taken from our world?

Sport - Diamond Cut - Porsche 911 Turbo (997)

Two specific examples come to mind (some of the others are a bit more approximate):

Duper 7 = whatever these Nissan GT-R ones are called:

Muscle Freak = Magnum 500s:

Beyond those, I'm pretty sure that Cheetah RR are supposed to be Brass Monkeys (popular on newer Challengers/Chargers):

And Mercenary rims are definitely American Racing Vectors, the ones used on the General Lee from The Dukes of Hazzard:

A DLC with new wheels added to LSC would be amazing, I will say this till the last update. Some cars from 2013 would look fresh with new wheels.

It's a source of continuing frustration that we still don't have a decent equivalent to these R33 wheels:

Funnily enough, the shafter v12 wheels (which are close to amg wheels) are just Diamond Cuts with an indentation on the center hub.

there are a lot of stock wheels that look just like some custom wheels, for example the jester wheels and dash vip (the high end ones) or 9f and lozspeed mk5

God. Those civics are perfect.

On topic, El Jefe wheels are pretty close to chyslers rallye wheels. And, the mecha wheels always reminded me of Mitsubishi's Starion wheels.

Gooch/Old School(lowrider and muscle, they're exactly the same wheels visually) are GM rally wheels, seen on many older GM vehicles such as Camaros and Corvettes(this picture of them on the Hustler is the only in game picture I could find that didn't give me an error when trying to post here).

Shadow/Carbon Shadow wheels from the High End section are based on the Lamborghini Reventon wheels:

I died a little inside when I realized that I can't use the Mamba's wheels on the Ellie to complete the Eleanor look

We need more wheels, motorcycles had new wheels added with Bikers, it's possible.

Pretty sure the Synthetic Z wheels are based on HRE P101s.

add to that:

- new set of paintjobs
- ability to add a new color in game (without the need of changing crew color)
- upgrade vehicle list and replace spawn colors for all npc vehicles
- new light colors
- cut content licence plates

Cognescenti off roads = these Bentley wheels, I think:

TSW Venoms were *everywhere* in the late 90s and they're in the high-end category

Ditto TSW 3-spokes

I'm just going to throw a link in here to the rim guide topic, as it shows all the wheels in game and I feel like it can help for references in this thread. It couldn't hurt to update the OP with the link either.

Dash VIP  & Cosmo wheels are inspired from some old BBS wheels , and it ´s a very good thing ( that´s why they are my favorite Rims in the game )

ah yeah , Slit Six are very close to Pagani Zonda wheels BTW ...and I´m pretty sure that I´ve seen the "empowered" & "Venum" wheels on some RL supercars (EDIT : the e39 BMW M5)...

Sunrise wheels = e60 BMW M5/M6

etc.....
