I dowloaded GTA SA for PC and got to the flying lessons mission. After many tries, I decided it's just too hard and downloaded a file so I could skip the mission. The website I downloaded it from said I needed to move the file (which is called "GTASAf1") to the save file folder. I couldn't find any with that name on my computer, so I moved it to the "GTA San Andreas User Files", thiking it would be the same thing. When I moved it and launched the game, my previous save was gone. I tried to remove it from the folder but it's still gone. Does anyone have any idea how to fix it? I didn't put anything on the trash can. Thanks a lot!

Oh i know this issue. It happens on x64 computers.

To solve this problem - download SilentPatch. Surely it will fix it. It's the only way i think.

The saves may be stored in data folder.

You need ASI Loader - you should use the one by Silent, it's the easier to use.

Then extract SilentPath.asi to game folder.
