Did anyone got average fps drop after april's windows update?

Me and my friend play on completely different pcs, he's on an amd cpu and nvidia gpu and i in an intel cpu and amd gpu.. and we both had to lower the graphics to maintain what was previously a good enough fps range for us.. and this happened after the windows update.. since i don't play any other demanding game as this one, i can't confirm if it affects others but i can confirm that gta took a performance hit.

 

All video drivers are updated, everything works fine, it's just the average fps drop..

 

Nothing on google so i'm wondering if anyone has the same issue.

Haven't noticed any issues with mine if this doesn't change with tweaking settings you can roll back the update

Nah ah, i wouldn't roll back, i prefer to have the latest features and security protections than having more fps.
