Disable weapon in hand, while in vehicle (Just like GTA IV & V)

I just riding bike or driving a car. i dont want to see weapon in my hand. It must be like, when i shoot from vehicle, weapon spawns in my hand. Just like GTA IV and V

 

Is there a mod to fix this problem?

Also i want to fix this in III and VC
