Hi, I would like to know how I decompile the dll files from my gtav file.

I have already tried with justdecompile ILSpy and jetbraine but they all tell me that the files are not supported.

How should I do it?

You can't.
You can only decompile dll/exe/etc files that were compiled using .NET Framework (ie: ScriptHookVDotNet mods).

For the rest, the best you can do is disassemble it (getting assembly code) but you won't be able to get a high level language source code.
A good disassembler is IDA Pro but there are tons of them out there.

OK so I can not look at the codes of a mod menu for example?

and I have another question: how do the creators of online mod menu melts so that their mod menu is undetectable? We must look in the codes, no?

If a dll is compiled using C/C++, you won't be able to get the source code easily.
You should look online for someone who posted a source code or try to understand how the mod works from its assembly code.

I have no idea how GTA Online detects cheats but yes they certainly have disassembled some games files to bypass protections.

But you won't find anything about cheating in GTA Online here since it is forbidden to post anything about it.
