Not quite sure what you mean with gtx6, but if it's a good game (e.g. on a level of San Andreas) I am more than happy to pay £200 for it. If it's anything like IV or V - sorry, I'm not buying it.

I'm sure GTAVI will come out by the time two sets of economic inflations happen that $100 a vidya gaem is a norm.

I'll be playing the PC version, so I'm not likely to get any physical items, but instead a few bonuses if I pre-ordered it, as I wait for the game to be finished (unlike GTA V which cannot be fully completed for me).

I'm willing to pay more than 100, if R* can create a GTA that will surpass the masterpiece SA (2004).

Thats probably how much itll be here in Australia anyway. I mean I paid $190 for Vice City (Thats not a typo. I really did :p).

$100 is roughly the average of most AAA titles.

No....GTA V was already expensive when it first came out. (which was 60 bucks). And it took me at least 3 to 5 weeks for me to get the damn game. If anything, i would either steal the game, or just download it illegally. :p

It’ll be worth the money if it’s anything like GTA IV with a superb single player, but if GTAO continues to strangle the life out of the series I wouldn’t give R* $10 for it.

Why would i pay 100$ ? as if Rockstar and Taketwo didn't make enough money (made millions and still are thanks to the fans) and now you want us to pay 100$ ? for what ? make them millions become a trillion ?

Nah, I'll probably lose interest in a new GTA by then if they keep focusing on the online crap.

Who needs 100$ when you can rob people with a 160$ Gold edition including...

- 5 missions in storyline that were supposed to be in the game
- 10 EXCLUSIVE GUNZ
- 3 supercars packed with bullsh*t
- An exclusive animation of jerking off your GTA Online Character
- Have Tommy Vercetti as your father-grandfather-son making your horrendous GTA Online Character's face
- Season pass that includes a DLC which is finding the missing dildos of one transexual boss all over the city

The only way I'd pay 100 dollars is if it came with a IV re-release alongside it and a guarantee that Liberty City is connected to GTA Online. Otherwise the game should stay 60 dollars like everything else.

Sadly I wouldn't be surprised if game prices did rise into the 100s within the next 5-10 years though. They're technically already there with these platinum and gold additions that include extra stuff.

not one single cent - i would prefer to transfer that gta (v) online to the future by adding animations, sit everywhere, do surfing, windsurfing, trapshooting from the yacht, calling yacht helicopter from everywhere not only the nearest beach - or - to say in a short form - never pay 100 bucks for the same buggy sh*t, but would pay 250 if gtao would grow up from actual version to a wonderful game with a big map extension that makes planes giving a sence, and for all griefers and military players - afghanistan map extension, or maybe Guantanamo Bay instead of dunce cap.... just think about all the options... and open up a lot of more Buildings, eat at a Restaurant or a drive in, more strip clubs and a redlight area with specific missions, long hair, dresses, stockings and boots for female players and much more interaction...have clotings different shop by shop, not the same at Binco and Ponsonby´s

Sure, i'd pay $100 for it if they gave the single player experience 100% of their efforts, if they want to hold sh*t back or gimp the single player content to enhance their online micro-transaction infested bullsh*t they can shove it up their ass.

No matter off-point a GTA is, they're still quite valuable for the money you pay. Not only do you have years of hard work and design into a game but you also get all this amazing music as part of the purchase. I think a GTA would be worth €100, well San Andreas anyway. I got so many hours out of that game and so much music stuck with me, especially the Funk and G-Funk/90's rap.

I would easily swap current GTAO for a small online for large paid SP DLC. If that adds up to a 100, then so be it.

I bought Episodes From Liberty City, twice.

I never bought a Shark Card.

Its interesting how many people are saying no, but for the number of hours you get out of a REALLY GOOD game, if they deliver an excellent package, I would absolutely pay it. It all boils down to whether or not the game lives up to expectations well enough to take over your gaming life for the foreseeable future lol. If youre putting 50 to 100 hours into it then sure its worth it.

I'll stick to the traditional US $60 for a new game. If R* actually makes GTA 6 worth it and not sell a half made game then maybe I would consider paying $100 if it includes special awards like most games around that price range.

Depends

If they focus on SP and legally promise SP DLC then yes, I'll buy it for $40 more than normal. Otherwise, hell no
