It's kinda hard to say anything about this yet, I hope the most of what you showed is a momentary placeholder.
For what is there now though:
Camera seems to be very close to the player (over the shoulder view). Ideal would be to have it 3rd person with an over the shoulder view when aiming weapons (except scoped weapons of course).
Your vehicles looks like plastic.
What are the weird flares in the background supposed to be?
Roads (uphill) & buildings are very low poly and contrast with the rest (probably due to it still being W.I.P.).
Animations: That walking/Running animation is very ehhh... floaty? It looks more like gliding if anything, plain awkward to look at.
Looking forward to progress though. I definitely liked the artstyle for the loading screens however the straight gta IV/V screens in there look out of place (obviously).
