Recently my San Andreas has been crashing consistently, at first I thought it was something to do with the Las Venturas Highway, but as the video below proves it's actually in a scheduled format.

Just for good measures: have you tried a v1.0 hoodlum.exe (since you used compact in the video)?

If that doesn't help try again while having silent patch and open limit adjuster installed (if you aren't already using them).

That looks like a typical "too much happening on screen" stack overflow-ish crash I remember from ~2010, but I never actually debugged it in recent years... maybe it is not actually related to a broken mod, who knows.
