I don't know if this has been posted and I couldn't find it by searching.  Is it GTA online that is glitching or is it my connection.  When I go to play Kill Quota one second the opposite team is on the other side of the area and then the next second (like literally the blink of an eye) they are right in front of you killing you.  It's also done that during normal online play like cars will just randomly start moving all over the screen at random (if that makes any sense).

If it is happening all the time, its most likely your connection. Teleporting players and vehicles usually occurs when a connection can't handle the Peer to Peer connection. It also occurs when someone uses a lag switch.

If it only started yesterday, and persists for continuing days, then the problem as REXX had pointed out, is more likely at your end with your connection, setup, interference - whatever.

Maybe the Internet Service Provider (ISP) did a couple of things behind the scenes which affected stuff - maybe give them a call and find out if anything can be done?
