RPH Crashing Issues - Access Violation Exception

I have recently build a new PC and switched from Win 7 Home 64bit to Win 10 Education 64bit. One of the first things I did was downloading and reinstalling all my GTA V Scripts, Mods, RPH Plugins, ... with RPH 0.58. 

 

I started playing and it was playable for a couple of minutes before the game crashed with an "AccessViolationException". I got back in the game, and experienced the same behaviour again, but this time with another RPH plugin. I reinstalled RPH and the most Plugins, which now brings the behaviour that I still experience this crash, but it doesnt crash the game anymore - unless I try to reload the plugin via console. 

 

 

I know the error from a couple of years ago, when I was running on 8 GB of RAM only and Windows was killing GTA V with the Access Violation error to prevent GTA from taking more RAM. But these times are gone, I have more than enough free RAM when the error occurs. I am also 99% certain that there is no issues with the RAM itself they are brand new modules and I have no issues in any other application.

 

I already tried playing around with the windows pagefile settings as I found some information about that being the cause of the error, but it didnt change anything.

 

Then, RPH got an update to version 0.59 and I was looking forward to this, as the patchnotes stated: "Removed NativeFunction::CallByAdress" and this function was the one throwing the exception. However, this version and the ones after didnt change anything and the error still appears as it did before. 

 

Scince RPH doesnt have a forum anymore, I dont really know where to get any further help from.
