My game crashes when I try to use certain weapons. I know that this is NOT caused by mods. Maybe some files are corrupted?

Can you specify which weapons? And do you have proper sound files?

If you are having constant problems with the game, i would suggest you to reinstall it.

Did the game play prior to adding Modifications?
Which Version did you Buy?
What is your Os?

How do you KNOW that this problem, unlike all your others, is Not caused by a Mod or Downgrader, etc?
Your history does not support your claim.
I suggest you dump the mods, reinstall the game clean. No mods.

Seems alot of things are broken in your game...I would really suggest that you just reinstall your game
