Hail all.

I am trying to get crystal clear water.
I got this far, that I can see the bottom of the ocean when in a plane, helicopter or boat.

Nice.

 

Then I jump in, only to get into filthy, murky dark sh*t.
Horrible.

 

It is not in WATER.XML, this I figured out by now, but where is that filthy murky stuff hidden?

How do i get rid of it?

 

I'm at a loss, tried several things, but to no avail.

 

Anyone that can help me out please?

Never seen clear water but have see a no water glitch or mod

Why don't you try to edit the files in the timecycle folder ?
It look like you need to edit timecycle_mods_1.xml for the water area near the surface and underwater_deep.xml for the depth.
