As we recently found out for those of us that play and replay Mobile Ops Missions, they were recently buffed up severely with the addition of the Valkyrie choppers with dead eye explosive guns that kill you instantly.....especially in the Work Dispute mission.  The key is, stay above them, fly over them and fly the Oppressor as best you can in the air.  But on the ground, those Valkyries are the deadliest thing in the game.  Unfortunately for the Half Track Bully mission, you need great aim and a smart enough driver to kill them.   Hopefully this is of some help, but the old strategy whether a Scottish Highlander or Obi Wan Kenobi, take the high ground, it's our greatest advantage.  Happy Holidays all.

These Valkyries also spawn in freeroam. I saw them during Bunker resupply run, one with APC ambush.
