They've increased the prices for launch? Figures. But man...
 

The costs for skipping the Prep missions.

Prep: Paramedic Equipment = 70000, 94500

Current Value - Default Value (Set by game)

You know what's funny? If you dial 911 in your phone and call an ambulance, you can finish said prep mission under 40 seconds, for free.

Most hilarious thing is that after you called 911 Lesters tells you something like "Of course you can just call 911, but i don't wanted to tell because its pretty obvious"

So yesterday I was calling in my Hunter and as it was I arriving I called in a CEO vehicle and the Hunter spawned on top of the CEO vehicle. Anyone else have this happen? This didn't happen before the update on Tuesday.

Did the Vagos gang attack (South Los Santos) a day or so ago, and there were Triads(?) characters instead of Vagos..! Accents and all. Go figure.

 

I left the area and came back sometime later, and the Vagos had returned.

 

I have no reason to believe it was someone using "mod" menus...just some kind of weird, new bug. Never seen that happen in-game until now.

I've been seeing a few more DLC cars being driven around by regular NPC's.  Mainly cars from the Hipster Update.  Has this always been the case?  I'm usually in Invite, or Solo Public lobbies, and have never seen that before.

They finally made the reserve parachute semi-reliable (on xb1 at least) in that selecting a new one in the Style menu will give you a live reserve until you use it (only when you collect a Primary eg enter an aircraft or oppressor). Previously you had to visit Ammunation to be sure of having one.

 

In practice this means you should choose/flip a Reserve when you first enter an aircraft, and after that you should be good until you use it.

I've been seeing a few more DLC cars being driven around by regular NPC's.  Mainly cars from the Hipster Update.  Has this always been the case?  I'm usually in Invite, or Solo Public lobbies, and have never seen that before.

They are online sometimes, mainly near the docks area, Vagos hood area near the docks. Around Maze bank Arena.

You can drive one if you own it, otherwise it will not let you drive one.

Am I missing something, or is this some new epic trolling from Rockstar in Moving Target (especially in a Panto, in the rain, FFS)? Seriously.

 

I've been doing Moving Target since it was introduced, and until 1.42 have never run into the "Hey, how about locking the player into their vehicle?" BS.

Had a very strange thing happen last night that I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered?

 

As usual, was a CEO in the process of delivering an Import/Export car (below) in a public session. While en route, my vehicle delivery route, status as a CEO, and mission are suddenly cancelled when I get the following BS message on my screen (below).

 

My vehicle delivery is somehow instantly cancelled (with an MC that I never started--was a CEO, and you can't be both at the same time), and my car is now reduced to a $5,000 delivery to the nearest police station--which I did, because that was the only option I had at that point:

This is either a horrible bug that needs prompt fixing by R*, or a new malicious tactic that script kiddies can now do to you while you're trying to collect a potentially big $80k I/E reward for delivering a Top Range vehicle (or ANY range for that matter).
